    As a Pilates teacher I've been looking at Cycle Syncing too and I agree with you, everyone's cycle is different and not universal. Mine is all over the place and I have moments where I have a lot of energy and then I have days where I just want to curl up with a hot water bottle. I think it's more about understanding and tuning into your body's needs at that moment in time and working out (if you want to ) according to your energy levels and mood.
