As there are several versions of Anycast dongle, so before answering your question, please kindly tell the IP address of your Anycast dongle.
Secondly, please kindly tell us your phone model.
Then we could help to find the anycast in the phone wifi properly.

You used another version of anycast dongle. Once your Anycast dongle is connected to your home wifi, the Anycast setting IP changes to a new one which shows on your tv, please kindly check that.

When Anycast is connected with your phone, it shows no internet connection, it is the right connection. If you need to connect internet back, please go to the anycast IP address to connect anycast to your home internet. After this connection, both your phone and the Anycast dongle is connected to your home wifi now, and you can cast your screen as you like.
