- Step by step tutorial on how to setup your Anycast M2 Plus device to your TV so you can airplay your iOS devices (iPhone, iPad, iPod, Macbook, etc). With this device you can airplay in other words screen mirror your iPhone to your TV or monitor wirelessly.

- Cannot play Netflix
- Don't need wifi network to connect as it is a wifi direct connection
- if you want internet access you can use your home wifi network
- You can also screen mirror Android phones but this video is only about how to setup airplay.

Yes ur screen must be on. If you want to be able to cast a UA-cam video from youtube app on ur iphone to tv and be able to put ur iPhone to sleep while still playing UA-cam video to. Tv then buy a chromecast. Generation 1 is fine it’s like $15 on eBay now.

Thank you for the clarity. All the other vids were confusing and the info that came with anycast was vague.
If you’re thinking of buying this product, please note that it doesn’t work with Netflix because of DRM Protection. (DRM protection prevents screenshots, screen recordings and screen mirroring in apps except for Chromecast users) Some apps may not work as well such as FOX+ so keep this in mind.
It works on my phone
3 years late BUT I bought a Roku so I could watch old F1 races and stream from my phone to my T.V but apple Airplay blocks it from mirroring; probably because of the DRM you mentioned. Would this device allow it ?

The only things I could mirror/airplay are UA-cam videos but my TV has UA-cam already lol.

It's because you're using an iPhone. Many phones (other than Samsung) don't allow u to stream through mirroring ur phone to the TV. The only option avail for u is to download what you want to watch to ur storage directly then only will u be able to watch it on the tv
They don't allow prolly because of like copyright issues and all

Hi, I am having problems connecting my AnyCast device. I am able to connect the my laptop to the device, however can not complete step 2 connect to Router IP. When I type into the brower 192.168.49.1 it does not come up with the same as shows on your tutorial. Was there a step not shown that I need to download an appt to connect? Have spent a couple of hours googling how to complete the entire process. Are you able to enlighten me.

Good tutorial. But I get choppiness and occasional lag when streaming live tv or videos. Is there a fix for this?

In Android you can use dlna applications like All Connect to share UA-cam videos without having to keep the screen of the phone turned on, iPhone must also have similar apps.
When I get to the point to connect the any cast to my wifi, the page won't load to show my wifi. What am I doing wrong? Also, when I slide up to select AnyCast to project my phone through the tv it doesn't do it. Suggestions?

I have an issue on getting my Wi-Fi network on my dongle for my iPhone. Everytime I type in the IP Address and get to the site I find my network and put in my Wi-Fi password and hit connect. However when I do it just says "Safari cannot open the page because the network connection was lost." I don't have this issue for my android device because all I do is hit SmartView and it mirrors my android while leaving my Wifi connection to my internet on. Please help!

Hi, I recently purchased the Anycast but I don't receive any reaction when I connect it to the back of my TV HDMI.
I don't have Wi-Fi in my house. I use 4G on my iPhone .
I connected the Anycast to electricity to charge the Anycast.
A blue light comes on the Anycast and my iPhone register the presence of Bluetooth and I can connect it to my phone.
But when I connect the Anycast to the back of the TV , nothing happens.

I was about to toss it. After some more testing and checking connections, it seems that the USB port did not have enough power. It works great now!

Ur tutorial was very helpful
But I have one issue, i can connect anycast to my pc/ android phone at first and when i search ip and its coming and sm able to connect to my homecwifi and it shows connected and ip too. But then the connection to pc/ phone was list i cant able to mirror or connect to Anycast. But it ahows connected to wifi.

finally, after a week, i got it working now, i just need to wave the tab to and fro to catch connection.

wave back and forth the tab in the air to catch connection, that is the only way i can get mine working every time i want to use it, but you have to make sure first that the connections are ready.

Hi after following your steps to set up the anycast on a non smart TV, I clicked on he button on the dongle for the mode but nothing as happened . It's saying waiting for miracast connection . I don't know what's the problem here . I cannot do anything further from this stage . "Waiting for miracast connection " is still there . May you help me figure the problem here pls ?
