3. Did you apply directly for PR and then studied CPA in canada?
4. What are the job opportunities like for an indian origin CPA in canada?
5. How long did it take for your visa application / process to go through?

I’ll make a video soon on it 😀
Great video! Please keep making these kind of videos :)
Great video, very informative..
Glad it was helpful!
CFE day 1 is a continuation of Capstone. So even if Indian CA are exempted from all previous exams, is it advisable to still study Capstones inorder to form a proper base? Or just CFE study material will be enough.
Thank you so much this video. It is very helpful!
Thanks for watching
Whether there is any time limit for CPA registration? Like if a student doesn't clear it in one shot then how much attempts she has got? Do they have to pay registration fees every time or just exam fees?
Total 3 attempts for an Indian CA. Student registration fees is payable anually.
Hi, thanks for sharing important information. I have one question. M qualified CA from.India...but as i aMmon study visa in Canada..can I still join CPA..or i need PR first of all then can take admissions

Hello,
I have a query regarding the cpa registration. Do we have to register for cfe exam right after the registration as a student or we can wait a while?
Hope to find an answer here, it would be of immense help.
Hey thanks for the video.. want to know..why you refer it as CPA Ontario..are there different exams for different provinces or it is standardized just as CA, ICAI
I am bcom passed from india...want to do articleship from Canada with also CPA canada ...what is the process
Thanks for sharing all the info. I just wanted to know can a Indian CA finalist is eligible for CFE. What all are the exemptions available to CA finalist incase any one attempting for Indian CA final level and looking forward to peruse for CPA.

Hi... This was a very informative video. Thank you for the efforts.
I have a question though. If being a CA with ample amount of work experience post qualification, and one pursues CPA Canada do they need to go through 30 months of training (articles) in Canada in a recognised Institute?
Quite informative. I would like to know Is CA articleship counted towards work experience for canada express entry scheme. ??
Yes, it is.
@@MultiNimz Does CS internship also count as work experience?
@@MultiNimz hey Nimisha can I know whether articleship experience is considered as work experience guidelines for CPA Canada?

All thanks to Nimisha 😊
Hi Nidhi, i have done my M.com from India, haven't done CA and will be travelling to Canada very soon. Do i have a shot at doing CPA? Please do reply so that i can go ahead and register since i am interested
It took me ~16 weeks and it got me pretty tensed up since I plan to attempt the CFE Sept 2020. I submitted my application on Jan 10, 2020 and received the approval on May 6, 2020. Also, as regards the Professional experience exemption, I was told to obtain a document-by-document evaluation (ICAP) of my university degrees from WES which costed me around CAD 200. I still await on my approval for the Professional experience exemption.
Good luck. The patience will pay off
Yes di aapki awaz Or bolne ka tarika bilkul mere sister se milta hai
How many years of experience you had? I was told that if you have 5 plus years of experience WES report is not required.
@@prashannakoirala6112 Yes, for getting exempt from professional experience, one of the criteria is 5 years of work experience for which WES report is not required. Please note it is 5 years of post membership work experience.
@karan Nayak: it's been 14 weeks for me waiting for the registration. Two weeks back got an e-mail asking Good Standing Letter to be emailed directly from ICAI. I had uploaded the letter in the portal while submitting the application.
Fresh Good Standing Letter was mailed a week back by ICAI, with 2 more weeks remaining to enroll for the CFE I am really tensed now. Is there a mail ID when we can write to expedite the process. Customer care guy gave me a heart attack telling it's 12 weeks minimum after you submit the additional details requested to get the registration complete.
Ma'am, please tell me should I opt for CA+ACCA or CA+CPA US/Canada/Australia or CA+CA from ICAEW/Australia /Singapore/New Zealand etc.?
CA plus USA CPA
Hi, is there any MOU or MRA between Canadian CPA and the US CPA ( if US CPA is done from India)?
MRA exists - I know because I’m a US CPA. But most MRAs require work experience in the US. So it may or may not work, depending on the provincial rules.
Hi Nidhi, Thanks for this video.
I know that there is a resiprocal agreement between CPA US, and CPA Canda. So my question here is, will it make any difference while looking for job opportunities between CPA Canada completed by study and CPA Canada completed under such agreement.?
The reciprocity works when you have work experience in the US, if you do US CPA after starting Canada paperwork. I know it from personal experience. No problem as long as you have CPA Canada
@Nidhi Nagori please make a video on Indian CMA can get a job in Canada
Ma'am can you make video for cma indian students for CPA Canada 😕
I'm pursuing cma, I wanna do CPA Canada, am I eligible to do that! Or how much exemptions can I get in CMA india

Hi, it was GREAT video 😍 I wanted to ask.. is CPA Canada different for different provinces? Or it's common across Canada ?
Hi mam would you pls provide the name of coaching for us cpa & cost structure
I am a qualified Chartered Accountant in India, I am doing BCom one year degree at ignou (As per agreement between ICAI and IGNOU, Qualified CA can complete BCom in one year due to exemption of certain subjects). Is this BCom along with CA qualification considered as double degree in WES evaluation for applying PR visa through express entry?
Hey Prudhvi did you got any idea of the same?
Hi. can you provide any sample of material if any. I am able to pay the cost for that. actually I want to see the material before admission. Thanx in advance.
@nidhi nagori
Can you please provide link for last three year paper.
It will be very helpful
Thank you Nidhi and Namisha for sharing your experience. This video is informative for me. But I want to ask few questions, if anyone of you can help me . I am planning to appear in May 2021. As the exams held only in canada , so I need to move there before exams. My CRS is 450 and I am not sure to get EE with this CRS . How will I come to canada for appearing in exams. And if I am having CRS 450 or below Is it worth for me to give exam, as if I could not get invitation.
Is there a MOU between CPA USA and CPA Canada. If yes what exemption does one get for CPA Canada?
No exemption. There is a MRA
Hi nidhi mam!!! Thank you for your effort to come up with such informative content!! Can you also bring out some info in regards to CISI (Chartered Institute for Securities & Investment)
Hey can I do cpa Canada from in india without doing ca ?
Are the registration fees and exam fees limited for a single attempt?
Is ACCA is approved in Canada ... Acca candidates can work and earn well in Canada???
I am already studying for US CPA! I am not working anywhere right now. But eventually I am planning to apply for Canadian PR. Would US CPA work for me when I apply for Canadian PR. Could you guide me on the same.
Also, great channel. Very nice and informative videos. Thankyou for sharing everything.
Why doing CPA US if you want to go to Canada that isn't practical you should have gone for CPA Canada but there are plenty of job opportunity in Canada with CPA US but it's a little practical to go for a course of the country you wanna live in
Hello maam I have completed my M.com in accounts and finance so can I eligible for CPA canada
Quite insightful , Thankyou for sharing the information 😇
1. Is articleship from a mid size firm counted for work experience for PR?
2. As per MOU, we require 2 years post qualification experience, if I have 1 year 7 months experience, would I still be able to claim the exemption?
3. If I land Canada with student visa can I claim exemption and give CFE or having a PR is a mandate?
Thanking you in advance.
Is CPA ontario and CPA Canada is same or two different qualifications ?
Thanks for sharing your experience Nimisha mam.As always eagerly waiting for your videos Nidhi mam
So glad you liked it
if you are a US CPA, do you get exemption for Canada CPA?
Right now i m doing CA foundation, can i do CPA Canada right now without doing CA. - India
You cant do CPA Canada....for CPA Canada you must have PR....
I think for indians wishing to get CPA Canada.. should go ACCA..for reasons that it will give you reciprocal membership directly! Means you can avoid 3 day CFE! N for now indian CA has to appear for capstone 1 n 2 addionally..it's not directly CFE.. ACCA you can do sitting here in India n cost will be around 1 lac.. :)
Capstone 1 and 2 are exempt for Indian CA's.
Also, licensing and degree are different. ACCA reciprocity will not give you license. I did a webinar with an ACCA working in Canada recently. He told me that. Which means you’ll be a CPA on name, not by license. Hope that clears the understanding.
@@NidhiNagori29 practice certificate is not available as such.. but same applies to ICAI n CPA Canada MoU also.. reciprocal membership can give you job..
Thanks for informative video. Is US CMA recognized in Canada? Can you plz make a video on the same?
I’ve done a video with a US CMA based in Canada. You can reach out to her.

Separate video on non exemption folks.
Should have done ACCA with BCOM bro would have come very handy I don't know the clear answer but you need 150 credit study hours from a university meaning you are needed to complete like 1 to 2 years of you respective graduation so yeah if you can make those credit hours count them you are set for it
