Agreed. Personally think S4 gets too much hate. It’s about on par w/ S5. Some funny bits here, some episodes lacking there...but neither season as a whole is as good as S1-3, or even S6 for me. Not tryna hate on a show I love, just my unpopular opinion I guess lol.

Gas leak year was like having a close relative replaced by a very convincing but not in a full way clone. Mf throwed, not ironically, the "i'm scared of something that's standing behind you so i cant speak properly to you" skit.
If this had happen in S3, it would have been presented as a major triumph for Britta. But this is S4, so unfortunately it’s just played for laughs (and it’s not even clear whether Britta had anything to do with this)
