@@johncenna3258 synthv voices sound relatively realistic, but without tuning voicebanks can sound really choppy and odd, and pronounce things oddly. how smoothly the words are pronounced and all the unique pitch shifts are all thanks to rishie's great tuning. you'd be surprised as to how unnatural a voicebank can sounds if not tuned well.

The tuning on this is so gooood. I was trying to do a cover of this the other day with the Basic edition, but it's nowhere as good as yours. I like the pitch shifts towards the end of "Can someone tell me pleaseee?" but I felt it lost a bit of impact with too much repetition. Overall, I still love how realistic it sounds, and the volume of the vocals is neither too loud nor too quiet when compared to the background track (something I struggled with).

This used to be one of my favorites before I left the vocaloid/utau etc... fandom, I came back recently (because of sweet boy Oliver) and I have to admit this is one of the best versions of echo I’ve ever heard and I’ve listened to so many covers of it. The voice waver sounds so realistic and I don’t think I’ve heard another person use an effect like that so well.

Utau is a free synthesizer and characters sounds more robotic.
Vocaloid, paid program (and all voicebanks are expensive) and has extra tools compared to utau.
Synthesizer V has a lot of differences. (There is a free version of the program and paid version, paid version is the way to go) if a character has “AI” they can sing in Chinese, English, and Japanese. All singers can sound human too.
