Gwiazdy - stars

A slavic person here , so kinda same?
One thing I’ve noticed was the tarot cards at the beginning… The Sun Reversed, The Stars Reversed, and The Moon.
The Sun Reversed can embody pessimism, and ignorance. At at part of the song, she talks about how she takes in “the world at play,” but by the end this changes to tragedy, and it appears they can no longer tolerate the spreading disease.
The Stars card represents faith, and the reversed card represents a loss of faith. The ending embodies this with the line “Please tell me when the fog will subside.” There’s no longer any hope that they can survive whatever fog is blotting out the sky, covering up the stars and northern lights (to where they would only appear in drawings). There was faith displayed in the lines “God give us clearer skies” and that faith was destroyed.
Lastly, the card The Moon was in the upright position, representing mysteries, and the definition saying “The Moon is a card of illusion and deception, and therefore often suggests a time when something is not as it appears to be. Perhaps a misunderstanding on your part, or a truth you cannot admit to yourself.” This is brutal when it comes to the end of the song, as for the most part, the main character has been telling herself that everything is fine. “…she swallowed whole another day, taking in the world at play…”
Currently, I don’t have much knowledge of tarot cards, whether it be the major or minor arcana, so please correct me or elaborate on them if need be, I’d hope to learn a bit more about them either way
Yep, key 19, 17, and 18 respectively

(for anyone looking for this because its
hard to keep up if you dont know the song) Lyrics:
barely printed, on the dot
she wondered why the record stopped
flipping through the pages of a child's eulogy
surfacing beneath malaise
a game of cards went on for days
escalated fog disease
they've fallen to their knees
wait your turn, there's something still inside
out of thousands gathered asking how and why
caught and tamed the unexplained
formed a semblance of their normalcy
and took it to their graves
watch - perhaps forgotten
a girl preserved throughout the years
repainted in the prism past
we're holding hands at long last
fortified by age-gold condolences
drawings of the northern lights
god, give us clearer skies
open-eyed, entangled in promises
furthering the questions asked
hands tied behind our backs
bared fangs behind a mask
set reminders, sworn to pray
she swallowed whole another day
taking in the world at play
it's brighter than the sun
reprimands sit in the brew
behind the show, a better view
aggrevated fog disease
collapsing to their knees
wait your turn, there's something still inside
out of thousands gathered asking how and why
who's to blame? is it mundane?
maybe tangible by needlework?
they're desperate for a name
burned a language unlearned
the arbitrary colors of a variegated disarray
fortified by age-gold condolences
drawings of the northern lights
god, give us clearer skies
open-eyed, entangled in promises
furthering the questions asked
hands tied behind our backs
bared fangs behind a mask
tell me when the fog will subside
please tell me when the fog will subside
poorly held together condolences
drowning out the northern lights
pay more for old advice
open-eyed entangled in promises
buried under dying homes
hands tied in golden thorns
i'm defined by guesswork analogies
documenting daily life tell me i'll be alright
open-eyed entangled in absentees
stories of a child's past autopsied broken glass
my aura shines at last

Hi circus i like your UTAU stuff

From theories that I have read in the comment section and what I interpret, my take is the following:
The song is a interpretation of the misfortunes (the reversed arcana) told by the diary of a little polish girl who died amidst a war, and how the finders of the diary are happy that the memories of the girl are recovered (her aura can shine at last). There's tons of tradition blaming and nods to war, like the hope for clear skies (without aircrafts), or the necessity of burial below a person's house.
It honestly makes me want to learn about polish history, I've always been taught history of my own country and not much more
i like this theory idk if its accurate tho, still nice regardless
Uh…maybe not a war with aircrafts but a much older one…
One waged as a twisted crusade…
Acctually this burial tell us about a fucked up tradition of buring death fetus and newborns under the house (mostly enter doors) to be safe from very specific type of deamon fucking zombie fetus
(Its not extremly old people were still doing it in early XX century)
Could we stop about the trope of the little girl who died as a past ?
And just spoke about a little girl who knows death, which is this song?
I find this unhealthy, idk how to express it, but the diary of Ann Franck is written in present tense, and I think we all understand what I means in saying this my friends ✌️
Peace on all of you

My theory:
The song talks about Polish history.
I have a polish friend and we met on a history club online and since then he always tells me about the history of his country and I cannot help but love it. He has told me many historic facts that I can relate them to this song quite lot.
Maybe the girl (narrator) is telling us of polish history as is if she represents the polish people as a whole throughout ages.
Polska has hand a rough history in which people have been striped out of their culture and forced to leave behind who they are for other countries (like Russia, Prussia, Germany, Austra) and this has caused a nationalistic feeling in the polish people to this day.
The famous partitions of Poland, the massacres of the people, the forcing of forget traditions, religion and even their language. Polish people had to unlearn and forget and were banned from speaking their wonderful language.
After hundreds of years finally they liberated from the partitions and could finally be themselves. But in 1939, WW2 starts and they aren't free from invaders until 1989~1991. They could step out of the USSR because of famous movement they created all around the world (y'all's parents prolly remember) called Solidarity. (Which us funny due to the similarity of the word Solidarity and the singer Solaria)
Their whole capital was destroyed , Warsawa, around 80%~95%~ of it was destroyed and still they rebuilt it.
Polish people have fought hard to preserve their identity and culture and finally, their Aura shines at last :)
The song talks about the struggles of a town, a fog, disease, death, and tragedy. Which can be referring to the history of the country.
The tarot cards at the beggining can mean polish/slavic paganism/rodnovery or just culture in general
And yuh
Reversed stars A loss of faith, a loss of their original religious belief & replaced with Christianity.
Reversed sun In ignorance & hopelessness Poland was at the mercy of others for centuries & had faced plenty of tragedy.
Upright moon What illusion could Poland as a whole could have been under? That it cannot help itself? What mystery was there to solve? The mystery of finding their own footing? I suppose things were not as they seemed & the polish had to hide their true selves hence the secrecy.
On a side note, I still think there’s 1 more thing to do before they could truly rid of the golden thorns.
Yuh indeed
Ayo thats cool, i like your theory
As a Polish person i have to say the Polish History makes poland look better than it actually is, most people here are right wing douches
as a polish person i gotta say i absolutely love your interpretation. even if it isn't official, it's so nice to match the lyrics to our history. it fills me with pride and love for my country that so many young people in my generation seem to have given up on.

everyone else theorizing abt disease and a fortune teller but i immediately imagined it was abt someones remains being found. like how they find very old preserved bodies. but from the perspective of the person whose body has been preserved 4 so long. “she wondered why the record stopped, flipping through the pages of a child’s eulogy” “a girl preserved throughout the years, repainted in the prism past” “buried under dying homes” “i’m defined by guesswork analogies, documenting daily life” “-entangled in absentees, stories of a childs past, autopsied broken glass, my aura shines at last”. it’s the archaeologists who found their body trying to piece together their life and death. “fortified by age old condolences” referring to many old villages and towns rituals of burying the respected dead with their possessions and/or things of high value. “a language unlearned” the languages and other social habits that have been lost to time. could very well b wrong, some lyrics definitely don’t fit this theory but i personally find it a more interesting theme. also not at all an archaeologist or anything so even some of the things i related to it might b wrong lol. just an interesting concept.

"wait your turn there's something still inside" and "my aura shines at last"
With these two lines, I'm sort of going to jump off the other theories people have put with her being a completely fake tarot card reader. "Fortified by age-old condolences" could be she comes from a line of true tarot card readers so she was sort of rushing herself; "I'm defined by guesswork analogies".
And then "my aura shines at last", she finally gets her real reading powers.
I always love listening to these songs and also reading the theories in the comments, so here's my contribution!
And to add on, "flipping through the pages of a child's eulogy" and "stories of a child's past" could be that there was another giftless child at one point and something happened to them, so Solaria (or the person she's voicing) is afraid that's what will happen to her if she doesn't fake it.
Fake it 'till you make it, I guess.
Oh my! I see the references!
This song is all based on old Poland, the beginning (Sun, Stars and Moon) are spelled in Polish "Słońce, Gwiazdy, Księżyc". Her outfit was a common outfit in the old Poland.
And the music/tune itself is reminescent of old Poland's songs (turns out it's Polka.).
I think I also found references to history of Poland:
"A language unlearned" - During the partisions(thanks Agnieszka Szalach!) Polish language was being slowly terminated
"God, give us clearer skies" - Poland was(and still is as of 18/01/2022 DD/MM/YYYY) really christian, and they beg god for peace at last
"furthering questions asked, hands tied behind our backs" - Poland was both trying to fight back and talking it out, by also asking questions. By "hands tied behind our backs" they meant that they can't do much, other than try to fight back
"poorly held together condolences" - Polish people turning against each other, as their relatives were being killed
"drowning out the northern lights - The Russia and Germany are trying to dim out the light of hope for Poland
"pay more for old advice" - you had to pay(penalty) if you used the Polish language in the roads, and you had to teach your children Polish yourself, as it was banned from being teached
"buried under dying homes" - people we're being buried under their dying homes
"Please tell me I'll be alright" - Someone who's not doing okay, is just asking to be alright
"stories of a child's past" - Polish History was banned from being teached too, and the only history was your grandfather telling you stories about his past
also "Pay more of old advice" "I'm defined by guesswork analogy" "Documenting daily life, tell me I'll be alright" could mean that people seek comfort/reassurance in tarot cards. Thanks to Lin Wong for this!
woow that could be a case, actually!! My grandpa told me about his grandfather who was buried underneath his home after being shot by Russians...
this is really tragic, but makes the song so more fascinating by being able to make so many refrences, and also be a total banger. thanks so much for the amazing explanation! the folk beat and the clothing was so familiar , since im from romania, and i was wondering what culture was this based on. a friend of mine pointed out a while ago how another beat of a ghost song had this romanian folk vibe to it, though alot more suble than this one, and we were questioning how come would ghost be inspired by romanian folk. turns out its polish folk, but still amazing. just wanted to point that out

Aggravated Fog Disease: *allow me to introduce myself*
As a Polish person I gotta admit I almost cried
Here's the lyrics for anyone who wants them :
Barely printed , on the dot
She wondered why the record stopped
flipping through the pages of a child's eulogy
surfacing beneath malaise
a game of cards went on for days
escalated fog disease
they've fallen to their knees
Wait Your turn , there's something still inside
out of thousands gathered asking how and why
caught and tamed
the unexplained
formed a semblance of their normalcy
and took it to their graves
watch
perhaps forgotten
a girl preserved throughout the years
repainted in the prism past
we're holding hands at long last~
fortified by age-old condolences
drawings of the northern lights
god , give us clearer skies
open-eyed entangled in promises
furthering the questions asked
hands tied behind their backs
bared fangs behind the mask
set reminders , sworn to pray
she swallowed whole another day
taking in the world at play
it's brighter then the sun
reprimands sit in the brew
behind the show , a better view
aggravated fog disease
collapsing to their knees
wait your turn , there's something still inside
out of thousand gathered asking how and why
who's to blame ?
is it mundane ?
maybe tangible by needlework ?
they're desperate for a name
burned
a language unlearned
the arbitrary colors of a variegated disarray
fortified by age old condolences
drawings of the northern lights
god , give us clearer skies
open-eyed , entangled in promises
furthering the questions asked
hands tied behind our backs
bared fangs behind a mask
[ Casual instrumental ]
tell me when the fog will subside
please tell me when the fog will subside
poorly held together condolences
drowning out the northern lights
pay more for old advice
open eyed , entangled in promises
buried under dying homes
hands tied in golden thorns
I'm defined by guesswork analogies
documenting daily life
tell me I'll be alright
open-eyed , entangled in absentees
stories of a child's past
autopsies broken glass
my aura shines at last
[can someone hear me ? help]
Thank you

Oh boy I sure can't wait to enjoy a song from my favorite independent music composer
I’m a German. And a lot of my ancestry is Polish, I love the polish culture. And the funny thing is that I noticed the black sky with the red mountains and yellow trees made Germany. Otherwise this song is fire
My tarot cards enthusiast self nearly screamed when I saw The Sun, Moon and Star cards at the beginning
I’ve been looking through the comments and I haven’t been seeing anyone say it, but what do those mean? My sister told me she saw a comment saying something about it but I can’t find it anywhere. What she saw was basically saying “If you get these cards, you’re screwed.” Is that true?
my personal theory based on some of the other theories I've seen:
the girl is basically a gifted tarot card reader that could "see futures" (she actually can't). when the fog starts sweeping over the town, many of the townspeople come to her in seek of answers (out of thousands gathered asking how and why) even though she's a pessimist and doesn't really believe that the town will get any better (upside down tarot cards at the beginning). despite this, the townspeople cling to her readings (entangled in promises) and they keep on asking her for more readings just to still get confirmation that things will get better (pay more for old advice).
eventually things get so outrageous that the townspeople have actively started to look for someone to blame for the fog so they can get rid of it quicker and see if the girl's prophecies would come true. realising her mistakes, the girl starts praying to god so that all of this mess that she caused could be cleared up and the town will return to normal (god, give us clearer skies and tell me when the fog will subside).
other things:
-the "child's eulogy" could represent the fact that the girl might've been doing readings for a long time, and hence has been praised and trusted since childhood (although eulogies are for dead people so this might be wrong). another thing that could add to this is the tarot cards at the beginning, showing the same girl in three different outfits. personally, I see this as a representation of the girl growing up.
-"I'm defined by guesswork analogies" could refer to the fact that the girl can't actually see the future, she's just faking it, hence total guesswork readings.
-"my aura shines at last" could refer to the girl realising actually how much freaking power she has over the townspeople.
i might add more stuff later on lol
Dang this actually makes a lot of sense :0
Hm, well maybe the "child's eulogy" part maybe to do with, maybe a child got lost in the fog and died and that's why the townsfolk wanted to get rid of it so badly? Thinking it was cursed after said hypothetical child died
I believe “tell me when the fog will subside” is people asking her for more and getting demanding.
@@steIIaris ah, that could work too!
i just want to know what did "forgotten" "the prism past" "holding hands at long last" mean
That theory reminds me of Marie Levesque (Hazel’s mother in the “Heroes of Olympus” book series)
*jaw drops to floor, eyes pop out of sockets accompanied by trumpets, heart beats out of chest, awooga awooga sound effect, pulls chain on train whistle that has appeared next to head as steam blows out, slams fists on table, rattling any plates, bowls or silverware, whistles loudly, fireworks shoot from top of head, pants loudly as tongue hangs out of mouth, wipes comically large bead of sweat from forehead, clears throat, straightens tie, combs hair* Ahem, nice song.

My theory:
The girl suffers from some kind of mental illness (“escalated/aggravated fog disease” and the references to disarrayed colors), and since this sounds like really old times, it wasn’t well understood (“defined by guesswork analogies”) and was seen as a sort of death sentence (all the references to a dead child). Nobody really understands her, and she’s generally ignored (“perhaps forgotten”), but is still sweet and bright (“behind the show, a better view”, “there’s something still inside”). Eventually, the illness is blamed on possession and witchcraft by the people (“Bared fangs behind a mask”, “thousands gathered asking how and why”, “who’s to blame”) and they form a mob to find the “witch” and resort to torture (“maybe tangible by needlework, they’re desperate for a name”). Meanwhile, the girl is sent to be exorcised/examined (“God give us clearer skies”, “documenting daily life”), but it doesn’t work. She knows something’s wrong and desperately wants to get better, and the priests tell her she will, but she isn’t (“Tell me when the fog will subside”, “open-eyed and tangled in promises”, “Tell me I’ll be alright”). Eventually, she realizes they have it wrong and that she’s not cursed or possessed (“my aura shines at last”).
I like your theory. I wish I could save your comment.
i love this theory!!
Even though as you said, this is a theory- I'm gonna point out some holes :')
Ok, for the eulogy part in the song, if this girl truly did have an illness, she wouldn't really be praised for it? she just had the sickness, she didn't do any research whatsoever-
The "my aura shines at last", would be connected to the eulogy part, eulogy is giving praise to someone who died, my aura shines at last would refer to the work of someone finally getting recognition.
The "defined by guesswork analogy" in your theory doesn't actually make that much sense-(at least for me), guesswork analogies would've been connected to the eulogy part, too. because the paper(where the info is)would've decayed by time, and so there were missing parts, so to complete it people would need to guess in order to solve the puzzle.
"Thousands gathered asking how and why" and the "maybe tangible by needlework they're desperate for a name" would refer to the cards shown at the intro of this video, the cards used here are "tarot" cards(some of you might be familiar), and the girl in this video, the girl in this video is wearing a traditional Poland outfit(not sure where in Poland but yeah-).
Perhaps forgotten and god give us clearer skies would connect to "maybe tangible by needle work, *they're desperate for a name*", in old Poland, people weren't allowed to learn Polish, so kids needed to learn from their parents.
Will edit this later for more info-
@@NekoHiroSan8643 ayo finally someone pointing out their own opinion and flaws in a theory without being a douche, such a fucking relief not even joking.
YES THANK YOU FINALLY SOMEONE ELSE WITH THIS THEORY
I think the mental illness could be about DID or OSDD-1 (especially because of lines "escalated fog disease" and "autopsied broken glass", as dissociation is often compared to fog and having alters is compared to a shattered object like a bowl or window)
I hope this made sense

The song gives us so much interpretations, it's absolutely amazing! It can refer to polish history, terrible ilness, witchy climate and many more.
The lyrics describe a setting in old Poland, where a game of tarot cards is being played and people are struggling with a disease that has escalated to a fog-like state. The lyrics also make references to a child's eulogy and a girl who is preserved throughout the years.
A child's eulogy is a speech or written tribute given at a funeral or memorial service for a child who has died. It is often written and delivered by a family member or close friend and is meant to honor and remember the child's life. In this context, the reference to a child's eulogy could suggest that the community is dealing with the loss of a child due to the disease, which would add to their emotional and psychological struggles. It could also indicate that the community is looking for answers and trying to understand what happened to the child and why.
A girl preserved throughout the years could be a reference to a specific individual in the community, who has been affected by the disease and has been remembered over the years. It could be a metaphor for someone who has managed to survive the disease and has been able to preserve their life despite the challenges they faced. It could also be a reference to someone who has been remembered and honored by the community after they passed away. In this context, it could be a symbol of hope and resilience, showing that despite the challenges, there are people who have been able to survive and continue living.
The references to a child's eulogy and a girl preserved throughout the years could be highlighting the impact of the disease on the community and the emotional toll it has taken on people. It could also be a symbol of hope and remembrance, showing that despite the challenges, the community has been able to find ways to honor and remember those who have been affected by the disease.
The lyrics also reference the use of tarot cards, specifically the "game of cards" that went on for days, and the "arbitrary colors of a variegated disarray," which could be a reference to the different meanings and interpretations of tarot cards. Tarot cards are often used as a tool for divination and self-reflection, and in this context, it could suggest that the community is looking for guidance and understanding in uncertain times and trying to find meaning in the chaos. The game of cards that went on for days could also suggest that the community is trying to find a way to resolve the situation and end the escalation of the disease, but it's taking longer than expected.
The lyrics also express a sense of uncertainty and confusion, as people are "asking how and why" and "desperate for a name" of the disease. It also shows a sense of helplessness and despair as people are "collapsing to their knees" and "hands tied behind our backs." This suggests that the community is struggling to understand the cause of the disease and how to stop it, they feel overwhelmed by the situation and they feel that they don't have control over it, which is leading them to feel hopeless and helpless.
It also express a longing for clarity and understanding, as the speaker pleads for "clearer skies" and for someone to "tell me when the fog will subside." This is a clear reference to the fog-like state of the disease, and it suggests that the community wants to see an end to it. The imagery of "clearer skies" could also suggest that the community is looking for a way out of the darkness and uncertainty that the disease has brought.
The lyrics also express a sense of resignation and acceptance, as the speaker is "defined by guesswork analogies" and "documenting daily life." This could suggest that the community has come to accept the situation and has found ways to continue living their lives despite the disease. The use of the word "guesswork" suggests that the community is still trying to understand the disease and its cause, but they have come to accept that they may never fully understand it. "Documenting daily life" could suggest that the community is trying to find ways to make sense of the situation and find meaning in it, by documenting their daily lives.
The endings of the lyrics have a few different themes that are worth exploring.
In the first ending, the lyrics mention "fortified by age-old condolences / drawings of the northern lights / god, give us clearer skies." This could suggest that the community is looking for comfort and guidance in uncertain times. The phrase "fortified by age-old condolences" could indicate that the community is looking for wisdom and guidance from older members of the community, or from past experiences. The "drawings of the northern lights" could suggest that the community is looking for something beautiful and awe-inspiring in a dark and uncertain time. The plea for "clearer skies" could indicate that the community is looking for a resolution to the disease, or for a way out of the darkness and uncertainty.
In the second ending, the lyrics say "open-eyed, entangled in promises / furthering the questions asked / hands tied behind our backs / bared fangs behind a mask." This could suggest that the community is still trying to find answers and understand what is happening, but they are feeling constrained and limited in their ability to do so. "Entangled in promises" could suggest that the community is feeling trapped or limited by the promises they've made to each other or to themselves. "Furthering the questions asked" could indicate that the community is still looking for answers and understanding, but they are running into roadblocks. The phrase "hands tied behind our backs" could suggest that the community is feeling powerless or constrained, unable to act or make decisions. The phrase "bared fangs behind a mask" could suggest that the community is feeling frustrated and angry, but they are hiding it behind a facade of calm or normalcy.
The final ending, "tell me when the fog will subside / please tell me when the fog will subside" is a repetition of a plea for clarity and resolution, this could indicate that the community is still looking for answers and understanding but they are also feeling a sense of urgency to see an end to the disease. The repetition of this phrase could suggest that the community is feeling frustrated and impatient with the lack of progress and the uncertainty that still surrounds the disease.
The endings of the lyrics suggest that the community is still looking for answers and understanding, but they are also feeling constrained, frustrated, and limited in their ability to make progress. They are looking for comfort and guidance, but they are also feeling a sense of urgency to see an end to the disease.
Overall, the lyrics paint a picture of a community that is struggling with a disease and a lack of understanding, but also a longing for clarity, resolution, and hope. The reference to tarot cards could suggest that the community is looking for guidance and understanding in uncertain times and trying to find meaning in the chaos. The lyrics also show the community's emotional and psychological struggle, which is common in difficult situations, but it also shows their resilience and determination to find ways to continue living their lives despite the disease.

The voce sounds perfectly realistic while keeping that whole techno vibe, and I'm all here for it, not to mention the amazingly beautiful art, and the perfect lyrics, I can tell there was alot of effort put into this, keep up the good work ^u^
Edit: were those tarot cards in the beginning :0? I'm pretty sure they are??? Either way it made me weirdly happy-
Another edit: this absolutely gives me the vision of a young witch telling old folktales around a fire under a full moon, this is probably a song I'd listen to while working on my alter or making spell jars tbh
A bop, the story that it presented through a lyrical lens that is just vague enough to keep the true meaning hidden but allowing for so much speculation, and leaves me wanting to know more about the story that is behind this personally.
Edit: if anyone knows the story for this song please share I’m curious.

Omg such a beautiful song, how it was made with Polish accents in it (did I get that right- Polish-) and it still retained GHOST's music style, with the tone and lyrics switching slightly at the end (I'm using all the wrong music terms, aren't I?)
It also got traditional russian vibes! It's basically eastern-european!
while the vibes are overall eastern european, the words on the cards are in polish, unless there is another language with these three words the same lmao
@@FainthedCherry i mean, many eastern european motives in music art etc. are similar to each other but this is confirmed to be specifically inspired by polish folklore.
It has a lot of slavic references
For example, the cards in the beginning are written in polish, but the girl's dress looks russian to me (I'm not sure tho)
@@pine_cone_ I don't know much but her clothes look polish enough for me (I'm from Poland). I mean, it looks pretty similar to these dresses we were wearing in school from time to time.
POLAND MENTIONED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! BANGER
Just something fun I found about the intro. Maybe the cards have different meanings in polish, but I'll leave that to the replies.
The three cards at the beginning are from a set of Tarot cards, a deck of cards often used to tell fortunes or other forms of prophecy. The cards are numbered XVII, XVIII, and XIX, translating to 17, 18, and 19. When looking for these cards in a deck of Tarot cards, they are The Stars, The Moon, and The Sun. Upside down cards (Such as 17 and 19 were in the intro) mean the opposite of the card's true meaning. Using this knowledge, I found what each car meant in the context of the song.
*XVII The Stars - Reversed:* Lack of faith, despair, disconnection.
*XVIII The Moon - Upright:* Illusion, fear, subconscious, anxiety, intuition.
*XIX The Sun - Reversed:* Inner child, feeling down, overly optimistic.
When a tarot reading is all Major Arcana cards such as these, it means that the one receiving the reading needs to pay attention to the life lessons around them in order to continue in a healthy life. However, if most of the Major Arcana cards are reversed (such as The Stars and The Sun in this reading), it means that the person has not payed enough attention to the life lessons and they now must master the life lessons before they can move forward. Just a fun thing to have in mind while listening to the song!
please teach me how to read tarot cards, i'm interested
personally i feel like it might be about healing the inner child, remembering a traumatic past, recovery. especially the last couple of lines. mitology, tradition and heritage fit nicely too - searching for roots

Greetings from Czech Republic ❤
My interpretation: the song is about an odd illness that shrouds a town and a diviner girl who might not have the brightest intentions.
As per another comment on the tarot cards at the beginning of the video, the girl is shown to be on the inverted Sun, inverted Stars, and upright Moon, suggesting she represents pessimism, a lack of faith, and illusions or deception.
a game of cards went on for days - Tarot cards were originally used for card games before divination, and if this disease is a persistent problem, the "game" of divination would be going on for days.
wait your turn... out of thousands gathered asking - Everyone wants their fortune told, particularly about the disease.
caught and tamed, the unexplained - through divination
a semblance of their normalcy and took it to their graves - The divination became a part of daily life, even as they were dying... or maybe as the cause of their death?
a girl preserved - Lines like these make me think the girl might be doing something supernatural to stay "preserved".
holding hands at long last - maybe she has a relation to the person in the eulogy from the beginning of the song?
drawings of the northern lights - "Aura drawings" tend to look like rainbows...
god give us clearer skies - Taken literally, the "fog" is covering the skies; figuratively, asking a higher power for guidance (divination again)
hands tied behind our backs - When there's a spiritual or supernatural problem, often the prevailing sentiment is "there's nothing to do but pray."
bared fangs behind a mask - The girl is not quite as innocent as she seems.
At this point a picture begins to form: the girl is "swallowing whole" the spirit or "aura" of those seeking her for divination, and she's related to (or IS) the child mentioned in the eulogy.
Other stuff:
the world brighter than the sun - indeed, it would win that hand in a game of Tarot
tangible by needlework - acultomancy
burned... arbitrary colors - pyromancy
i'm defined by guesswork analogies - Tarot and other divination in general
autopsied broken glass - divination by gemstones (or a broken crystal ball?)
I'm definitely still confused about a few lines but I've listened to this like 2 dozen times already (wow it is catchy) so I think I have a pretty decent idea of what's going on, but if you agree/disagree about this feel free to reply!
Well, it is certainly quite an interesting interpretation.
So, Pathologic, Changeling's route then
@@agnieszkasalach4395 fr the plage and the divine child reminds me to clara a lot
I feel like the song is more about the partitions of Poland, especially the ,,unlearned language", ,,tell me I'll be alright", ,,buried under dying homes", ,,documenting daily life" and ,,desprate for a name". Polish people were oppressed after Poland disappeared from the map. The oppressors tried to erase the language and traditions. We gained independence back after 123 years in 1918. The effects are still visible today - for example the terrain of the Austrian and Prussian partition are more developed when it comes to train rails than the east which was under Russians.
Also also, the girl on the picture is wearing traditional polish clothes and the whole song is set to the tune of an old polish song
I think the hands tied behind there backs may mean that either they were helpless or the one I think more is that they were executed and so they had their hands tied behind their backs and maybe but probably not the hands tied in golden thorns line is referring to the person who died as a martyr
THIS SONG SLAPS SO HARD LIKE HOLY COW not what i expected but 100% what i needed

Bekle sıranı, içeride hala bir şey var
Toplanan binlerce kişi nasıl ve neden diye sordu
Açıklanamayan yakalandı ve evcilleştirildi,
Normalliklerinin bir simasını oluşturdu
Ve mezarlarına götürdü
İzle, belki de unutulmuştur
Yıllar boyunca korunmuş bir kız,
Prizma bir geçmişte yeniden boyandı
Sonunda el ele tutuşuyoruz!
Asırlık başsağlıkları ile güçlendirilmiş,
Kuzey ışıklarının çizimleri,
Tanrım, bize daha berrak gökyüzleri ver!
Gözleri apaçık, yeminlerle dolanık,
Tüm soruları arttırıyor,
Ellerimiz arkamızda bağlı kalıyor,
Bir maskenin ardında keskin dişler
Belirlenmiş hatırlatmalar, dua etmeye yeminli
Başka bir günü daha tamamen yuttu
Dünyanın şen halinin manzarasını izledi,
Güneşten bile daha parlaktı
Kınamalar hazırlanmakta
Şovun ardında, daha iyi bir manzara
Fenalaşmış sis hastalığı,
Dizlerinin üstüne yıkıldılar
Bekle sıranı, içeride hala bir şey var
Toplanan binlerce kişi nasıl ve neden diye sordu
Kimi suçlamalı?
Sıradan mı?
Belki de iğne işi ile somutlaştırılabilir?
Bir isim için çaresizler!
Yanmış,
Öğrenilmemiş bir dil,
Alacalı bir kargaşanın keyfi renkleri
Asırlık başsağlıkları ile güçlendirilmiş,
Kuzey ışıklarının çizimleri,
Tanrım, bize daha berrak gökyüzleri ver!
Gözleri apaçık, yeminlerle dolanık,
Tüm soruları artırıyor,
Ellerimiz arkamızda bağlı kalıyor,
Bir maskenin ardında keskin dişler
Bana sisin ne zaman dağılacağını söyle
Lütfen bana sisin ne zaman dağılacağını söyle
Zar zor bir araya getirilmiş taziyeler
Kuzey ışıklarını boğuyor,
Eski tavsiyeler için daha fazla ödeniyor
Gözleri apaçık, yeminlerle dolanık,
Ölen evlerinin altına gömüldüler,
Elleri altın dikenlerle bağlı
Tahmine dayalı benzetmelerle tanımlanıyorum
Günlük yaşamın belgelenmesi,
Bana iyi olacağımı söyle
Açık gözlü, yokluklara karışmış
Bir çocuğun geçmişinin hikayeleri,
Otopsisi yapılmış kırık cam
Auram sonunda parlıyor, ah!
nice
Teşşekürler (thank you )
