I do well w/ the 4, which is better than the 3. Some say this is tighter, and not as cushioned as the 4. Idk.
I don't think the Wave Sky 4 or 5 have a "Wave Plate," as you keep saying.
You are correct. Mizuno removed the "Wave Plate" and replaced it with a "Foam Wave" ....
