When I try to install the drivers 2:56 it shows a black screen and says “Display output is not active” computer is a MacBook Pro Sequoia with a M2 chip. I’ve tried at follow along with every tutorial to do this and no luck, same screen talking about display, any idea how to get passed this? About to interrogate chat gpt for help
@ not the any key thing, when I try to run the driver set up it puts the entire window screen like I described. Like it wasn’t going away so I couldn’t click the button to finish the driver setup, I restarted anyway but don’t know if the driver setup actually ran

ohh ty for the video though. i really thought it was a complex thing . and getting discurrwged by people on using utm . but now watching this video i think i should just give it a try aneway , as it's not going to distroy my mac book or some thing. keep the good stuff going man. i would love to see more of though emilation video as a mac user my self.
@@betannet.mp4 ohh is it likee... paralels?? i don't think i would be able to use peralel's as it's just not resonably effortable for me, and too expencive with enough videos on it's tutoreals. so yeah if you have any other free emilation software to review and make videos on, id love to keep an eye for that .
do you have any experiance on lunix on mac?? can you make videos on instolling asahi linux on mac book? their is soo many people looking for some one to talk about, rete games on , and do experement's on asahi lunix. it would be really great if you would make more videos on asahi as now and then i scarch for updates on that on youtube , just to get desapointed. as the ammount of people making any tutoreal or undating on it is at 1 video per month and no one yett tryed making videos on running videos like, just to install and optimise this game for mac asahi , and what if we do this thingy that might get your mac currupt it's booting options, and how they fix that problem
I do actually have experience with Asahi Linux (I uninstalled macOS when I tried to uninstall Asahi Linux) but it's a really good idea so I think I'll try Asahi again and then make a video in the next month. Thank you for the idea btw, I always look for new video ideas.
@@betannet.mp4 woahh!! you littraly find almost no one making videos on huw to fix the process or using some kind of alternative to get their mac's fixxed after the curruption. i was thinking about making my external 1tb ssd enclusure to run normal mac os on it, and then work on partationing and installing asahi lunix on my ssd virtion of mac, even though it by it self raises concern to , what if my ssd on the inclusure dies or stopps working for over heating, or what if it get's un plugged, and if asahi lunix be able to run on the ssd while my main mac book's ssd stays un harmed and un touched , no mater what happend to my ssd boot drive that is out side of my mac. and more.
@@bracedshorts i can agree that the pro or more storage option is just redicusly high for it's price to performance, but the bace mac book air model is the best deal in the market compared to it's competition. As a mac book ari m2 user for more then 1 year, i can tell i only hade any crash problems under 5 . And i have 22 tabs open for bunch of stuff while blender and krata is running on the back. And yes i have 8gb ram modle that never showed me any ram related problem or lag for only 1000$ . It might be not good for gaming because most AAA games aren't available on it . But you can "RUN" cyber punk better then any 1k$ laptops. It's gpu is just fine and i can use it for 2 days until needing to charge. And the body + hinge+ keyboard+ touch pad is high quality and airen going to break on me, and i am getting a really good monitor and skeaker with it while the web cam is exaction. But yeah the bace modle is just more then good for it's price to performance and quality with it's own os and stuff, but the upgrade plan or the pro model is just too bullshit for the price tag and ment for though big offices to give apple more money bacically (not ment for users like us) and i would recommend you to try apple laptops for sure (only for bace modle mac book air and mac mini m4)

So when your restarting the VM after you ran the driver setup, it asks you the press any key, right?

I have never had this problem, so maybe you should just try again and make sure you do everything exactly as I did in the tutorial.
