These look outstanding! I think with a different mic and a bit more light, you'd really show these beautiful dumplings off even better! Ewa does fade out a bit from time to time.
How much pork should you use? The video says 1lb but the description below says 1/2 lb - just want to clarify because I have never made them before. Also how many does the recipe make if we are making homemade dough?
I saw in another video supposedly it's good to mix the filling with a fork because the warmth of your hands begins to melt the fats in the pork and hands tend to overwork the mixture, turning it into more of a meatball rather than something nice and tender. I'm no expert though, just adding a bit of info if it even matters to anybody.
I try to balance what I eat and workout 5-6x a week, we actually just filmed an ab routine + will be sharing soon! I also try to limit snacks and drinking to once a week!

sorry for the typo, just fixed! Yes, it should be 1 lb, the homemade dough should give you about 17-20 wrappers.

What kind of oil did you add to the pan?
any neutral oil will work! (canola, vegetable, etc!)
Chili Oil is good , but if you can't handle the spice the i highly recommend the Weichuan brand dumpling sauce
dumpling sauce is also great, or some black rice vinegar!
