The "Cookie Dough Puff Pastries" is my favorite in this video. I want to try to emulate this one because it uses the yeast based puff pastry dough, which is available at the local store. (They don't stock the yeast free version, which you use often.) I've never piped anything before. I will likely cheat by buying a roll of cookie dough from the store. Making ropes of it to lay out instead of piping hand made dough. I'm sure I'll have plenty of cookie dough left over for regular cookies.

I know how much that is. The amount of sugar I'm seeing added is way more than what is stated. That's more than 1/2 tbsp. Looks like 1/4 cup of sugar. What is the correct amount you used? Thank you.

All recipes seem to be OK, but I wanted to kick her butt all the time to speed up the process. So , I watched on speed 2x, and it was still slow. What is it with a lot of cooking bloggers, they are so painfully slow lately, as if they are trying to look sexy putting baking powder in the flour.
I must admit I wouldn’t flaff around making my own puff pastry but maybe you can find a supermarket own brand is more affordable. I’m going to be making some of these but for me they are special occasion treats that will look amazing on the sweet table

If you go to the Recipe it states 2 tbsp of Sugar 👍🏼
I think it means 1 or 2 tbsp as it will be according to taste and of course how sweet the cherries are.
