He is pretty strong option at 100. basically just plan for when he dies and who will replace him. timing.
you can make a really gimmicky team with paracelcus and stuff to try and keep him alive. it's pretty silly but I saw someone use it to beat a CQ.

Ophelia accidentally formed a bond with Surtr via her mystic eye. When she summoned Sigurd as her Servant, Sigurd's body was possessed by Surtr since the latter's real body was sealed away.

Alexandra Ross That's going to be very difficult since CCO has no survivability, just attack boosts. Add in the fact that her NP is an AoE, she won't do as much damage to a boss on her own.
She doesn't have Evade or Battle Continuation, so no.
At least, that's what I knew so far.
