Would prefer adult Ushi aka Yoshitsune. She mentions that the hate and rage comes from her not Tiamat as well as how she prefers her younger form than the cold ruthless person she became. Also, Yoshitsune would remember more clearly her brother's betrayal and being killed.
Sure, the long thing about Babylon isn't the fights, but the story. If you really want to get through it quickly, you can always skip it. I wouldn't recommend it since it's really good though.

That is very much wrong. You are clearly forgetting a gimmick in this fight. The far right Ushi creates more clones with full HP. a lvl 70 Billy can't do 10k+ damage with just 2 quick cards and extra without getting a lucky crit. NPing the far left Ushi would be a massive mistake that would almost always result in failure. There is no point in risking a failure hoping for a lucky crit, when I still had 2 evade skills left that guarantee I win if I kill the main Ushi with Billy's NP. FFS even with the lucky crit I got Billy barely did 11k damage with Quick>Quick>Extra. If you low roll on the damage you'd still fail even with a crit.
