Wondering if you could help
Can read and play a bit of notation. But i do love" winging " a track. I practiced my rudiments... system single dbls paradiddle triplets on the pad with metronome... but for the life of me i battle to transition on the kit... as if im blank...
Any help or suggestions would be appreciated

Good question, they are both acceptable nomenclature, means the same thing!
