    If LPAa cannot be regulated by lifestyle why do u suggest to be cautious. Knowing high LPAa number can lead to stress if we can do nothing to redress it. From ur talk I gather knowing its status can be counterproductive. Let’s accept what we can’t change. Ignorance is bliss

    Doctor, one doubt. We know ulcer in stomach could be detected by upper GI endoscopy only which is the golden standard. Is there any other non invasive test available to confirm it with same accuracy..

    You yourself say that if LPa increases, no medicine or anything will be good, then what is the use of knowing LPa? If a person's LPa is found to be too high, he/she will become more stressed/rigid and will suffer from this thinking disease and die of a sudden heart attack. Thanks,

      Age 34, risk factor - BP around 110/85 plus minus 10mg - Tazloc 20 pmg tab, TSH 3.5 - thyrox 12.5mg tab.....ecg, 2d echo, HRCT, USG abd/renal artery lipid profile all are normal. Last year I had taken personal online consultation with you. Now Dr. advise CT coronary angiography or CAG not sure which should I do?
