My Vitamin D came 6.2 ng/ml and B12 was 67 pg/ml.

iron deficiency does that too makes very sleepy and cant stay awake at all.
You are correct. I had my iron levels tested, and they were in normal range
Same with Vit B12 deficiency.
All 3 are vital... Vitamin D3, B12 and Iron. Deficiency of any one of these can really mess up your life.
How long did you have to take vit-D before it starts to show 50n?

So you did you stop gluten (sooooo hard to do), and take the 10.000 IU of vitamin D? Basically did you see an improvement with only taking the 10,000 IUs of vitamin D or it was stopping the gluten that improved your thyroid antibodies?
Vitamin D supplementation boosted my energy levels. But my TPO (antibodies) levels remained elevated. Only after switching to glutens free diet, did they start coming down. So both Vitamin D and Gluten free diet have helped
