I love how: 1. Tony hits Vanko's exposed and unarmored head with a piece of metal and it does.........nothing 2. Vanko can get rammed by a car multiple times and it did...........little 3. There are clearly guys with guns present who could immediately end Vanko because his head is exposed but no one does because plot.
How the hell did Vanko survive that t-bone with no armor. I don't get that. Yeah he had an exoskeleton (but no actual armor) but his legs should DEFINITELY have taken a good bit of damage. That hit to the head with the metal object should've rocked him, too.

Mannn the Mark 5 was a beautiful suit and one of my absolute favorites of Tony in the MCU. The biggest reason I like it so much is not only for the design and look of it, but because for me it grounds Tony on equal measure with the other heroes of the Marvel Universe. I love the idea of Tony using a portable suit with little to no weaponry and having nothing but the Arc Reactors and the good old fashioned fists 👊🏽🤜🏽🤛🏽
what I don't like in this scene is Happy and Pepper, somehow, decided to stay in the car the whole fight, which is very dangerous, make no sense at all

I love the little touch they did with vanko wrapping his whips on iron man and struggling to swing iron man around because tony with his suit probably weighs hundreds of pounds.
Vanko was honesty a good villain but the idea that out of all the weapons he could have built he chooses whips just makes it goofy. Like what the hell was he thinking?! “Ahh yes I got it, I whip tony stark to death ahahaha”
He used self assembling material with molecular machines to make that suit transform from briefcase 🧠🙏 but how is his arc reactor tech that advanced in simple words how are those electrons getting transported or amplified that much

One of the best Villain intro scenes but I think it would've been better if it was shown that Ivanko also had very Basic Exoskeleton with that is just allowing him the ability of Olympic Human Strength & protection from Bullets due to material quality available to him. Hammer's help allows Ivanko to get the necessary materials to build an Armour to Kill Tony but due to fortunate events, War-Machine armour was stolen. Tony should reveal that he always had backup programs to control his Armours in case someone tries to steal or bug them. The 2nd good thing was the discovery of new element by Tony to power his Exoskeleton. The last thing that went again Ivanko was that he had to fight both Iron man & War-Machine at the same time.
