Actually it was the cell phone camera footage that came out well over a week ago, before the body cam footage. That put pressure on the cops to do the moral and right thing and not lie about it. They are still covering it up to avoid a lawsuit. Maybe if cops carried their own liability insurance the department could be more honest instead of refusing to comment.
When i was 17 i went to a local school fair with my friend. We were walking like everybody else and these 2 cops singled us out and illegally detained us and searches our pockets for weapons and drugs. Yes were Hispanic. I want to say couple months to a year passes by and my cousin, his friend, and i are walking down they street and what do you know the same officer from the fair stops us and illegally detainees us and searches our pockets. Couple years passes by and i find out that the officer labeled me as a gang member on my records. I have no gang tattoos and gave him any reason to make him believe that i was in a gang. Morale of the story cops think they can do and say what ever they want and will pass as true unless caught on camera.

Actually it was the cell phone camera footage that came out well over a week ago, before the body cam footage. That put pressure on the cops to do the moral and right thing and not lie about it. They are still covering it up to avoid a lawsuit. Maybe if cops carried their own liability insurance the department could be more honest instead of refusing to comment.

When i was 17 i went to a local school fair with my friend. We were walking like everybody else and these 2 cops singled us out and illegally detained us and searches our pockets for weapons and drugs. Yes were Hispanic. I want to say couple months to a year passes by and my cousin, his friend, and i are walking down they street and what do you know the same officer from the fair stops us and illegally detainees us and searches our pockets. Couple years passes by and i find out that the officer labeled me as a gang member on my records. I have no gang tattoos and gave him any reason to make him believe that i was in a gang. Morale of the story cops think they can do and say what ever they want and will pass as true unless caught on camera.
