Semalam sy ikut perarakan Thaipusam dekat Batu Caves memang meriah sangat. I should come again next year to celebrate this festive. Proud to be Malaysian. Happy Thaipusam to everyone who is celebrate it ❤
Just a little more information about yellow clothing. Originally white garment will be soaked in tumeric water so that tumeric is infused in garment then hung to dry & worn. Explaination::. When devotees perform their penance/rituals the place is very very crowded. A lot ppl so there might a lot of organisms/ viruses/ bacteria etc etc. Tumeric being an anti biotic protects the individual/ crowd. Of course this was the old original way. Nowadays we just use yellow colour garments. Science about the "manjal" garment. We dont want ppl falling ill after being in a crowded place like a temple eg for Thaipusam in Batu Caves or any other temple for that matter. Just my little knowledge & humble information.
See how auspicious and joyful my fellow friends that has "no loyal" to Malaysia. The festive was fantastic and even other races came to join and celebrate. Cantikkkkkkk..... Matir denki kot. Dey you sendiri cari pasal. Duk diam kat rumah sudala.
Thanks for sharing and making people understand. I for one appreciate it more and more every time I witness and learn about this amazing festival and culture
I went to Penang one to see the Thaipusam for second time, it was very fun to celebrate and see the chariot, of course there are people who selfishly complain, they should just come and celebrate together rather than complain or stress about it.
Correct as a Malaysian Indian married to someone from India i was very surprised the large majority of Indians have no clue about this tiny festival. Even in Tamil Nadu state only in Pazhani ( a district in TN state) is Thaipusam and kavadi done. That’s why I said tiny festival! And yet Malaysia has made this festival soooo famous ❤❤. Proud to be a Malaysian Hindu!
Nahh man, devotees are there in other races, because North Indians and Nepalis also worship Muruga but it's a big celebration down South they all will come down
@@PuslimHunter wtf do you mean nah man? If you’re talking in Malaysian context ok agreed but I was saying in India majority do not have A clue ok! Geez 🙄
Lord Murugan is also called CEYON in SriLanka, and this name is taken by the ancient Jewish people - they call themselves collectively as Zion. Tamil culture spread out all over ancient Sumeria, which is where Abraham of the Old Testament came from - the city of UR in modern southern Iraq.
Ramai melayu tanya tak raya ke. Tergelak aku. Sejak bila thaipusam jadi deepavali. Even majority vegeterian.. ramai berpuasa, nazar utk lord murugan.. takde celebration kenduri ataupun kunjungan saudara. 😊
Ramadan bukan raya. Actually Malaysian Muslim yg plan masak itu ini. Sepatutnya Ramadan tumpu ibadah , bukan makan makan. Makan sesederhana yg boleh . Last 10 days of Ramadan lagi byk ibadah. Tapi Malaysian dgn Indonesia masa siap raya.
Damn, Nandini literally make Thaipusam, Pongal n Deepavali video every year
