Great work and result, I myself became the happy owner of a Cuope 2.0 16V from 1995, how wonderful to drive it and hear the fantastic engine, it brings back memories of when I had a Lancia Beta Cuope 1.8 from 1976, it's almost the same feeling of being at one with the car and the road.
I would like the nice instrument you made in one of your other videos, is it one that can be bought from you?
Thank you for your nice videos about the Coupe, but one thing that could be done without is the cursed "music" from UA-cam, it is probably one of the most irritating and stressful things that has ever been made, there should almost be a law against it that it was not allowed to used so horrible it is to listen to..
Regards form Denmark
Thank you for the kind words! Awesome to hear that you have a Fiat Coupe as well. The barnacle widget cannot be bought from me but I put a emailadres in the discription of the video. Haha i love the music 😅🤣
Thank you for this video 👍
I had the same problems😎
Greetings from Southern Germany
My car:
Fiat coupe 1.8 16V, last edition, 2000
Color, moon grey 😍
Awesome!! Great to hear! Did you succed with your headlights? The last editions are awesome in moon grey
@@jtscustomsNL I started with 2000,than 3000,4000,and 5000!
And than with an drilling machine, and plastic polish.
@@mason7778 awesome!! I mostly start with 1200 or even 800 based on how dirty the headlight is😅😅
Hi Joey, my name is Sabatino.
Congratulations on your videos and the results you've achieved with your car. I would like to ask if, since you treated the front headlights, they have remained shiny and clear, or have you had to redo the treatment to restore their transparency?
Hello! They are still clear! But this is mostly due to the fact that I maintain the headlights with wax and keeping it out of direct sunlight
@@jtscustomsNL How do you do it? Do you only use it at night?
@@Prexionesonora no storing it in my garage
hello from romania, nice videos...can you explain please what s the difference between fiat coupe 2.0 20v turbo plus / fiat coupe limited edition ? thx
Thanks! There are a lot of differances. The best thing you can do is go to wikipedia and search for Fiat coupe.
Hi, great video - inspired me to have a go at mine, do you have a link for the lacquer and plastic primer you used
Greatings from south east U.K. !!
Thank you! you can find the link for the paint in the description, I got an alternative approach which works very well. Sand down to 3000 grid and then polish the headlights. Finish with CarPro DLUX ceramic coating.
Did you use 2k clear coat or cheap 1k from hardware store? Thanks!
No I used 2K clear coat both times, 1K will just peel off over time.
great job!
Thanks!
I am new to this and just got my dads fiat coupe. Could you tell me what does the clear coat do? Why can't I just sand the headlights and leave them as it is? Thank you for help!
Heyy, so nice you got a fiat coupe! The clear coat protects the headlight so it doesnt fade from UV lights from the sun. Without any protection the plastic will be become yellow/faded. In the meanwhile I worked out a better process of restoring them. This involves sanding and polishing and finishing with a ceramic coating. Good luck and enjoy the Fiat!!
Thank you very much! Enjoy your fiat too!
They are almost same as before because they just disained to looks lightly dark Grey always.
I spray them with wd40 every monthmaybe time to actually fix them
I do not recommend this🤣🤣
