A little tip is Bisquick and that's the expensive too, but I learned how to make biscuits in a microwave. We have 4 organic dairy farms within a mile or so from home. I have made cheese and other products so can step it up. We have chickens and a garden and orchard. Still I can do a lot better than I do now. I raised a nice crop of bread wheat this year and we grind it up for bread.

In lieu of stocking up on rice, buy cous cous.....the boxed brands, they take alot less time, heat and water!
