In six seasons of this show, this is only the second time one of my favorite character has died. I should consider myself lucky, but I can't... Margaery, you will be missed! :'-(
Margery was brilliant. She was extremely intelligent (i mean just look at this episode, she saw through Cercei's plan and tried to save everyone, but they wouldn't let her) and a master of manipulation who did everything she could in order to gain power. I mean, she had both Joffrey and Tommen in her hand, was beloved by the people. She never actively harmed anyone on her was to the throne. She just didn't care when it happend around her (like when Renly was killed) because these people were tools for her. Everyone but Loras. Also she never was openly hateful to anyone as Cercei was, which is why I think many underestimated her. It made her ascent to power easier for her. I always would have claimed that Margery was better at playing the game of thrones than Cercei was, but I guess the outcome proves me wrong.
Velvane No that's not true. She did care for what happened around her. She cared for tyion for example when Jofrey bullied him at the wedding, and I think matgery cared for Renly, especially since it was her brother's lover.
3:17 It’s incredible how at the end of the scene nobody is mad from seeing all those great characters die because it was so nicely done that they could only applaud from that masterpiece scene.
I love this crowd. The reaction to Cersei blowing up to Sept is exactly what the cast and crew work so hard for. And as artists, there is a satisfaction in knowing that all their work is deeply. appreciated
the end of endgame even had a divided reactions from fans too y'know, some agree that it's satisfactory and some thinks that it doesn't really give a 100% satisfaction, but one thing's for sure tho is that its better than the ending of s8's GoT which really left some of the fans reaction to hate D&D because of "horrible scriptwriting" which resulted to rushed ending...but it be like that sometimes I guess.
If you don't understand why people cheer for evil and good characters, you shouldn't be watching game of thrones. The point of the show is to play the game. You win or die. Those who make an incredible play, like Cersei did, deserve an applause. She killed some of our favorite characters, and is one of the most fucked up and murderous characters on the show, but you can not doubt she just did one of the most successful plays in the game. In fiction, it's important to appreciate the existence of both good, evil, and mixed characters and how they give live and death to the story. Stop being so judgmental, as if the only way to enjoy the show is "your" way. Some people, like myself, don't have to love all the characters, but at least respect their existence in the narrative. Sorry not sorry.
A dumb move? Marrying Talisa was a dumb move. Blowing the Sept of Baelor was the best way possible to end the reign of the Sparrow. Cersei did what she had to do, just because the people will fear her more than love her doesn't mean she will go down. And, yes, the show is going to keep its integrity as it always had, and will portray next season how that Walk of Atonement changed Cersei's character. That is writing, that is professionnal. Your critics are meaningless.
Ash They didn't cheer for the Red Wedding which is also an evil incredible move. They cheered because they spent a season and a half building up audience hate for the obnoxious and pretentious Sparrows, not out of respect for Cersei.
imagine seeing arya reveal herself and having no idea what she says because the entire room is trying to prove how awesome they understand the moment is
Yeah it kinda disturbed me the amount of overt glee and cheering half the audience had for fairly innocent characters dying. Kinda like bloodthirsty spectators at a roman gladiatorial match.
Yeah, I can only guess that there are some Cersei supporters there. I didn't cheer or feel remotely happy to see that happen. I really liked the Tyrells, and Kevan Lannister was a cool dude who needed more screen time.
Like guys seriously, look at the damn video, their faces were in shock when she died. They clapped not because she died but because it was damn good moment and the way cersei smiled. Like if you don't have this reaction then why watch GoT. Clap for how beautiful they made this scene.
IKR, the last two episodes were shot beautifully, i think ep 10 is the best shot episode of any show i have every seen. the music and the cinematography is amazing

I'll never forget how incredible the opening scene of this episode was, from the music to the execution to the acting I just...I'm still blown away every time I see it. Literally.
A lot of people are wowed by the spectacle. Especially when they're drunk. Of course, you also have to account for that weird minority of GoT fans who root for Cersei.
Why I cheered for Cersei? First it is nothing real, so I just want to see the explosion, second I realy think, that the high sparrow, pycelle and septa unella are horrible people, maybe they don't deserve to die, but still I am not sad that they are dead now third Tommen and Margaery would be killed by Daenerys anyway, so where is the problem?
all of their reactions are really over the top, lol i mean they listen to something that would kinda make you smile and react as if they just heard the funniest thing they have ever heard in their lives...
Oh my fucking god you fucking numbnuts; they're at a fucking bar and they're obviously part of a popular set of GOT reaction videos. Thus, we can come to understand that they are not only not in their right minds but they're also incentivized to act more dramatically to increase views. Idiot.
Ikr, I love excitement but they miss key lines bc they're so busy wooing. Like that zinger "my name is Arya Stark..the last thing you see" they heard like the last 1/4 of it if that.
People tend to be a lot more boisterous in crowds. They also tend to be more boisterous when they're on alcohol. Not hard to see why people have the reactions they do.
that moment when you cheer seeing cersei murder their own civilian + members of the royal houses, but you are very upset when you see Dany burning King's Landing after she lost almost all because of Cersei, their loverboy and his family
That would not be a moment. It's two moments separated by about four years. And, really, taking out dozens of one's murderous scheming political rivals doesn't really compare with slaughtering thousands of regular citizens who were only in the city to try and find shelter from the war. But other than that, excellent comparison.
@@AndyMatts44 Well Missandei did say Dracarys. And the Dragon, Dany, GreyWorm trio remembered it. Cersei used people as her shield. And innocents of Kings Landing? The same innocents who threw shit on Cersei , cheered Ned Stark's beheading, enjoyed Sandor Clegane's tournaments. I think they got a good cleansing. People had an option to go against Cersei. They didnt. They took Dany as enemy. And Dany had to show mercy?
@@michaelccozens Who do you think are in the army of any kingdom? You think the families of army do not live in the city? Had the army given up and chose to go against the stupid queen......! PS- Its a show bro. Relax
When a villian does nefarious things that's obviously expected from them. This scene was shot brilliantly, the cinematography, music, pacing and Lena Headey's acting was the reason why everyone cheered for this scene. She's a villian so people know what to expect from her. But Dany was a hero for everyone, in every season she used to lecture people on morality. So when she burned everyone in kings landing people were shocked and betrayed by her actions. So why would anyone cheer for Dany?? People who like Heroes turning into Villians must have cheered for her.
People complaining about people cheering for Cersei when she killed innocent people... Come on it's just a show, and this show is motherfucking Game of thrones, when I watch it I kinda wanna see people dying, and that scene was just epic, that doesn't make me a psychopath
So long as you see people die, you're satisfied ? Do you realise what just happened : Margaery Tyrell, Loras Tyrell, Mace Tyrell : all the Tyrells are dead except Lady Olenna, but she's too old to have anymore children so the Tyrells are extinct. Kevan Lannister is dead, wasn't much use for him, but he was a cool dude who needed some more screentime. Tommen jumped out of a window. I mean a big chunk of the cast died in less than 5 minutes.
Jeffrey Lebowski No, I wasn't satisfied at the red wedding, I was sad. This time, I'm pretty disappointed that Margaery is dead because I wanted to see more from her character... I didn't really like/care for any of the other characters, and I'm happy that those religious freaks are dead, and the scene wasd amazing, I like watching Cersei doing evil thzt's just really entertaining... So on the whole I really enjoyed that scene. Yes a lot of characters died, so what ? They're not real people, it keeps the story going (like Olenna joining Daenerys, it's gonna be awesome !), and they dies in a very impressive way so yeah I'm really satisfied by hat scene.
I still look back and watch these now and again, my mum dies of cancer last year and it brings back memories of me watching these while shes on the other sofa !
And. He. Never. Stops. Rocking. Back and forth. Never. Stops. Rocking. Back and forth slowly rocking. Every. Single. Episode. Rocking. Once you see this it will ruin the looks.
One of the only times I haven't been on the same page as the crowd during a shocking scene. Any joy I could've felt at the little sparrows roasting was overshadowed by the loss of Margaery, and I was fond of Loras. I can nod at the impressive move she made but I'll never cheer for an action by Cersei.
Everyone was cheering and I was like wtf is wrong with you people, do you actually like cersei and how could you not be mad at margery's death… so fucking annoying
I had mixed reactions, on one hand I was like "goddam wow Cercei is so diabolical" but Im super bummed about Margery. The Tommen scene just made me sad though (even though he wasnt a great character), as soon as we see him watching from the window I knew what he was gonna do.
Yeah that's what I don't get. Sure, Cersei got her revenge on people who deserved it, but there were dozens of innocents that were slaughtered as well, maybe even hundreds considering how far the wildfire spread. Loras, Margaery, Mace, Kevan... None of them deserved it.
^ Exactly, so what HBO says Go's... I'm surprised they've given even 10 minutes. That's more than anyone else offers I think. Something tells me they may enjoy seeing the reactions themselves, but at the same time, they can't have the entirety of their show spoiled.
Well not only do they probably enjoy these videos, honestly the tradition has probably become great marketing for them. Ever since the runaway success of efforts of book readers to sneakily make Red Wedding reaction videos of their show-only friends, it's been A Thing.
The *music* REALLY sold the entire episode. Truly felt theatrical and grandiose - all thanks to the music. Every theme was masterfully written and created - fitting for a finale.
I literally cheered when Tommen did that. Not that I think he's a bad character, but I was proud of how he chooses to end his life rather than live with his deranged mother after all that she's done. Plus it was the only way to get back at Cersei at that moment. It made me proud. Although, now that all of her kids are gone, she has nothing left to loose and that makes her even more scarier.
Thanks for uploading these. I watch GoT by myself since none of my friends will watch it with me. It's nice to react alongside others for a change instead of fist pumping and screaming at the air when no one is around....actually I'm still by myself but it is less pathetic than it really sounds.
Wow you guys laugh at a young boy who just lost everything i his eyes. why? and that guy in the Hawaii/flower shirt is all over the place with cheering, watchs out that he does not breake anything in the bar the next time Cersei burns someone alive...
While I don't really have anything against the cheering. I don't really see Tommen's decision to be foolish, I mean he lost everything in one moment. His wife, the people backing him up and even the High Sparrow who he sought guidance from (being manipulated by of course). He was gonna go back to being Cersei's tool and to be honest that's kind of sad.
+HawaiiShirt There was nothing foolish about it. For the first time, he took control of his life, which had been absolutely destroyed by his own mother. The calmness was, I think, the fact that for poor Tommen, death was a relief. There was nothing fucking funny about it.
"Holy $#!t" (at 2:51) - Vocalizing what the High Sparrow is thinking. Also: Girl (at 3:18) raising her drink with Cersei. "Cheers. Well done." Girl licking her glass (at 5:00). Good one
Deleted Dorne scene Olenna: Anything from you dear? Tyene...you say you want good vengeance, but what you really want is bad poos- Olenna: Nothing. Good.
Theory: at the end of the finale the Stark and Targaryen theme were played at the same time. Dany said she'll marry someone in Westeros to gain some control over certain areas. Jon is King of the north. Jon is her nephew. Targaryens keep the bloodline clean by breeding with family.. J marries D?
its so obvious Jon's gonna marry Sansa; he has a thing for redheads. once he finds out they're only cousins, its the political move that'll secure the North.
probs. Jon is not directly related so it's no incest. He's the only male left who's worthy and it makes sense for Dany. Targaryens will rule both on the throne Jon and Dany
+joe They ARE directly related. She's his aunt. Moreover, Jon has absolutely 0 desire to rule the Seven Kingdoms. He barely wanted to 'rule' the Night's Watch after he was stabbed. -.- He belongs in the North, and unless Dany marries him and comes to live in the North (not going to happen), they're better left alone. They can have an alliance without marrying; they're both reasonable people. But either way, one of them's going to die at the end. My bet's on Daenerys.

It was a horrible play. By doing that house tyrell has joined danys army which is massive since they probably have the biggest army behind only the lannisters

Apocalypses Now reference.
Idk if this is to late but I also like the smell of burning flesh in the morning
Nothing else in the world smells like that. This one time, stannis tried to attack Kings landing. and we blew up his ships. It's that smell, that cooking smell. It smells like. Victory

In six seasons of this show, this is only the second time one of my favorite character has died. I should consider myself lucky, but I can't... Margaery, you will be missed! :'-(
This happened to me just once: Oberyn Martell
+Sebastián Zuñiga happened to me to : Eddard Stark
@Yousif Arrad
ฺีBut Jon is a bastard son of Rhaegar not a true born son.
I absolutely love the music throughout this entire episode, it has such a sense of finality about, a plan that cant be stopped.
Honestly, best episode of all GOT

Yes and that's a huge understatement. This is easily the best episode in TV history.

The ending they got:
The last jedi
@thaaxmike yeah, he should have said deserved
the end of endgame even had a divided reactions from fans too y'know, some agree that it's satisfactory and some thinks that it doesn't really give a 100% satisfaction, but one thing's for sure tho is that its better than the ending of s8's GoT which really left some of the fans reaction to hate D&D because of "horrible scriptwriting" which resulted to rushed ending...but it be like that sometimes I guess.

Cersei!
Blowing up the sept is a dumb as hell move and if the show has some of it's integrity left it will portray it as such next season.
+Ash Amen! 😆
Boy, they cheer for every god damn thing in this show
Ash They didn't cheer for the Red Wedding which is also an evil incredible move. They cheered because they spent a season and a half building up audience hate for the obnoxious and pretentious Sparrows, not out of respect for Cersei.
imagine seeing arya reveal herself and having no idea what she says because the entire room is trying to prove how awesome they understand the moment is
Exactly. I would get kicked out for yelling "STFU"!
but also, imagine using subtitles for this exact reason
Idk why a lot of people cheered when Tommen died, i actually quite liked Tommen as king..... Better than Joffrey at least......
Yeah but literally anyone is better than Joffrey so...
He still didn't do anything bad. He was just a naive and stupid boy, who was manipulated by his mother and his wifey.
Renato Laranja Isn't Jujitso a martial arts?
Yeah it kinda disturbed me the amount of overt glee and cheering half the audience had for fairly innocent characters dying. Kinda like bloodthirsty spectators at a roman gladiatorial match.
Alcohol and GoT don't mix well. Loud and screaming through half of the dialogue
Actually more just one line that Arya said. Everything else was fine. Stop blowing things out of proportion.
where is part 2 SEAN
Haven't seen the video? TOMORROW ffs
y u no read
totally agree wid u👍
I don't know why people were cheering after Margaery got blown up... maybe they didn't realize...
Yeah, I can only guess that there are some Cersei supporters there. I didn't cheer or feel remotely happy to see that happen. I really liked the Tyrells, and Kevan Lannister was a cool dude who needed more screen time.
Because the High Sparrow and all the fanatics are dead!
Buddy of mine didn't realize til the NEXT day. He was so excited the High Sparrow died, then called me "WTF NATALIE DORMER DIED?" I was like 'Uh....yeah?"

I just finished this episode. Best episode in TV History! It was fucking amazing!!!
wtf I was crying for house Tyrell and these people were clapping o.O
they're sick man..
Right, it was one of my favorite house and Margaery my favorite character... Let's hope Olenna will have her revenge
Tyrells were colateral there, I was super happy for the Sparrow melting green.

They're hipsters. That's kind of what they do.
Like that zinger "my name is Arya Stark..the last thing you see" they heard like the last 1/4 of it if that.
tommen jumps" HEHEHHEHE SO FUNNY"
He believed he could fly
He believed he could touch the sky
He gave a new meaning to King's landing.
I think that is why they laugh
Cercei: I blew up the Sept
Dany: Hold my beer
These folks just laugh and clap at everything
People tend to be a lot more boisterous in crowds. They also tend to be more boisterous when they're on alcohol. Not hard to see why people have the reactions they do.
Because the episode had a bunch of moments worth clapping and cheering at
Or it's that they're all drunk. It's a f*cking bar, remember?
that moment when you cheer seeing cersei murder their own civilian + members of the royal houses, but you are very upset when you see Dany burning King's Landing after she lost almost all because of Cersei, their loverboy and his family
@@prachisharma444 Dany burning kings landing was rushed
It didn't have proper buildup

It's great they have fun watching it like this, makes for great reactions, but I would never want to watch GOT like this
People complaining about people cheering for Cersei when she killed innocent people... Come on it's just a show, and this show is motherfucking Game of thrones, when I watch it I kinda wanna see people dying, and that scene was just epic, that doesn't make me a psychopath
Sergeant Sargeras
I'm not lol, you're crazy... You don't know much about psychology do you ?
So long as you see people die, you're satisfied ? Do you realise what just happened : Margaery Tyrell, Loras Tyrell, Mace Tyrell : all the Tyrells are dead except Lady Olenna, but she's too old to have anymore children so the Tyrells are extinct. Kevan Lannister is dead, wasn't much use for him, but he was a cool dude who needed some more screentime. Tommen jumped out of a window. I mean a big chunk of the cast died in less than 5 minutes.
Jeffrey Lebowski
No, I wasn't satisfied at the red wedding, I was sad.

Okay, nevermind. It's just the way you said it makes it weird "when I watch it, I kinda wanna see people die". It's all cool, cheers !

Awesome reactions as usual, tho!
I gotta agree. I was in utter shock at that seen. Cheering would have been the last thing I'd do
Everyone was cheering and I was like wtf is wrong with you people, do you actually like cersei and how could you not be mad at margery's death… so fucking annoying
Ever notice that the whole red wedding fiasco and aryas revenge is in perfect symmetry to the rat cook story
ANOTHER 2 PARTER GOD DAMN YOU. DO YOU ENJOY OUR PAIN?!
I know. The 24 hour sleepless wait between reactions was more what I meant.
^ Exactly, so what HBO says Go's... I'm surprised they've given even 10 minutes. That's more than anyone else offers I think. Something tells me they may enjoy seeing the reactions themselves, but at the same time, they can't have the entirety of their show spoiled.
I doubt they officially have that in their copyright act
Well not only do they probably enjoy these videos, honestly the tradition has probably become great marketing for them. Ever since the runaway success of efforts of book readers to sneakily make Red Wedding reaction videos of their show-only friends, it's been A Thing.
Yep.
Their reaction to Frey pie is the best though, when Arya takes off the face, haha.

It's nice to react alongside others for a change instead of fist pumping and screaming at the air when no one is around....actually I'm still by myself but it is less pathetic than it really sounds.

and that guy in the Hawaii/flower shirt is all over the place with cheering, watchs out that he does not breake anything in the bar the next time Cersei burns someone alive...
+HawaiiShirt omfg I can't believe that's your username 😂
lol its so perfect
While I don't really have anything against the cheering. I don't really see Tommen's decision to be foolish, I mean he lost everything in one moment. His wife, the people backing him up and even the High Sparrow who he sought guidance from (being manipulated by of course). He was gonna go back to being Cersei's tool and to be honest that's kind of sad.
Also realizing (at last) that his mother is a freaking monster kinda broke him too I'm sure
+HawaiiShirt There was nothing foolish about it. For the first time, he took control of his life, which had been absolutely destroyed by his own mother. The calmness was, I think, the fact that for poor Tommen, death was a relief. There was nothing fucking funny about it.

+bvbxiong but once they know they are family
probs. Jon is not directly related so it's no incest. He's the only male left who's worthy and it makes sense for Dany. Targaryens will rule both on the throne Jon and Dany
R+L=J/D+D-S=Tx2
dam this is getting confusing...
