I always look forward to your videos. I have learned a lot and you both are very relatable. I am wondering whether I should change my listings to best offer instead of buy it now. Do you list a set amount as the lowest you will accept (say 10% lower) or put a price lower than that and then counteroffer. Do you think it really helps increase sales? thank you in advance.
Thanks! More than half of our listings sell to best offer so yes it increases sales. The most we accept off is 15% but we always counter 10%. Those %’s are just subjective to whatever you’re comfortable with. It’s the numbers we like to go off of but I’m sure they change business to business so just figure out what you’re comfortable with.
Great sales! Also, Lululemon shorts are some of the best sellers from the brand regardless of pattern. You can usually get $35 from basic shorts pretty quickly 😊
Hi Michael, Thanks for showing us beginners the way, you're videos are always awesome. Based on your experience would like to ask the following questions: How long it took (months/years) to get $1000 net per month, how much inventory did you have? How long it took (months/years) to get $1000 net per week, how much inventory did you have? To get either $1000 sales per month/week what factor contributes to it the most: average price, type of clothing, or qty of inventory? Thanks in advance
1k net monthly profit was after 90 days. 1k net weekly profit was after 6 months. (Got stuck at this number 4-5k net for 1-2 years after that. 1k sales a month was first month. Sellthrough rate is the key. Quantity of actives means nothing unless the sellthrough is good. Then all the other factors come into play like price, returns, shipping price, etc… sellthrough is by far the most important number in this business though.
Love these what sold videos! Never apologize for spending time with your family 😊 YT / we will still be here

@@kandmresell Thank you, is that figures just for selling clothing?
All hotty hot lululemon shorts sell for about $50, not just that pattern
Why do you take your main pic of pants like that? Just curious
I just like the look of it more than other ways. Found another good seller doing it on eBay so tried it his way.
Why dont you mess with true religion jeans?
They are $30+ at every thrift store here in Dallas as well as they are faked a lot.
Awesome! how many items in your ebay store?
2800
@@kandmresell nice!
