Boards don't work for CAMs. A lot think they do that's when they find out their roles true role when they get fired. They are a dime a dozen. They need to learn their true roles to serve the board and community..
Our CAM got herself and her Employer Menas HOA Management fired after 35 years because she exhibited Anti-social, narcissistic bullying behavior. She was lucky that’s all that happened.
The property management industry is so dirt bag. It’s amazing to me all the hidden fees, lack of project management skills, inability to negotiate contracts and properly manage budgets.

Our CAM consulted us into bankruptcy.
