Hi Chidinma, I highly recommend joining a few communities and taking notes on how they are managed, what you love about them and how they make you feel more connected to others. There is so much to learn just by participating in communities. I'd also recommend a few great books, check out my book playlist especially the Business of Belonging, Get Together and anything by Richard Millington is great. Also consider joining CMX (cmxhub.com) - it's free and is a great way to connect with other community managers... let me know if you have any specific questions - I'll add this to my list of videos to create too so I can help answer this in more detail :)

How much one earn

It really varies depending on many factors. I've seen roles that pay anywhere from $45K USD per annum for junior roles or roles in small startups to well into the 6 digits (senior roles I've seen for $300-600K USD per annum for large companies).
