seen loads of vids on this type of lighting, this is the best I have seem, going to make some, for me camper van, just need a solar panel or 2, to recharge in the day time, unless you are in the UK and would like to make me a few, :), at moment I use the round cob leds, which you put the kitchen shelves and are remote controlled, I could make them and send them to help out in Ukraine,

Yes, but if you turn on the light while charging the light will take power directly from the charger instead from the battery so, the battery won't charge when the light is switched on while charging.
You didn't used resistance for led protection

the materials are availabe online as well as in electronic shops. I would recommend to purchase offline as its cheaper compare to online but if you couldn't find any shops nearby, u can get it online from sites like amazon
