superglue on aluminum and LED??? You should use thermal paste, NOT SUPERGLUE. Your project was great but I don't recommend that superglue as thermal paste. It won't transfer heat from LED to the aluminum and it will just destroy the LEDs because there will be no heat dissipation.

Each LED (3W 4V) consumes 700mAh → 11 LEDs will eat 7700mA every hour. Battery is 3X2000=6000mAh, so it will run 6000/7000=0.779 hours → 46.75 minutes. If you charge it from computer USB (5V 500mAh) it will take 6000/500=12 hours. 18650 and TP4506 charger are great stuff. A 3D printed case for this will cost $0.5.

Hi it's not only heat transfer, super glue breaks down under heating and release's.

I think you should watch mryeester. He conducted a test on CPU cooling with super glue and has the same effect as thermal paste.
