I need help with Husqvarna software. Where can I get a little help? I bought Husq 5.0 with my D1, upgraded to VIP Husqvarna software & around 2009 I bought 4D Professional. It has been 5 years or so since I used my embroidery. Now I can't remember the steps to move a design from my cpu to my floppy. Thank you

I have a designer11 Viking but it seems to have lost its memory wont do anything just plan sewing .it does not bring up any designers zig zag won’t read any of my d cards .its in shop trying to get it sorted . If can’t be fixed can you still buy designer 11 I have lots of lovely d cards to use . Need another machine I
