Our machine display freezes when turned on. When we run the electronic checks it checks out. Touchscreen works when doing the “Press + Mark” when setting the display. It’s almost as if the machine needs a reboot or software reinstall. Anybody have suggestions? Thanks in advance.

I have no idea when this video was actually made, but the "Viking Husqvarna" sewing machines have been made in China since 2006. At this time, the company was merged with Singer and Pfaff and production commenced in China.. This was once a well made Swedish product, only to become one of many Chinese made items with a "known badged name"..

Does anyone have a link to the actual manual? My preference is to have the physical manual, see what accessories I’m missing or might need and the quick answers. I’ve seen that the #1 plus manual around, is it the same exact one, just not with the embroidery capabilities? Or separate and a bit different?

Thank you. This was wonderful. I do have a question. With the alphabet section, my screen doesn’t have that empty space below the letters to collect the string of letters. I just see one at the top and when I select another letter, my first one disappears. How do I add rather than replace? Thank you.

great video. I've had my serger for many years and I'm still not good at adjusting the settings. I always use 4 needles, I guess I'm afraid it won't work if I start screwing with removing needles.

Hello, thanks for the video, i would like to know if this machine only embroiders floral designs? Someone said that the embroidery on this machine was limited and I didn't know what she meant. If she was referring to the type of embroidery design or the amount of embroidery the machine accepts or both? Could you help me with my doubt. A neighbor is selling it but he doesn't know anything about it. Thanks in advance.
