I'm dealing with mobility/flexibility issues so I've watched hundreds of videos. Your videos on this subject are by far the best I have found on UA-cam. Thanks for that!
Thank you very much for the feedback and for watching. I was in the same boat so I just tried different things over the years as a student and teacher and found several things that worked for me and my students so I wanted to share in my own way. 😊🙏🏽
As soon as you go past beginner in Muay Thai, if you don’t do mobility, it’s only a matter of time before you body can’t function as well. Thanks for the tip, will add to the routine.
Have been training for 3 years and the last 6 months have been a nightmare on my left hip and groin. The physio put it down to tight ligaments in the glute but the exercises he’s given me haven’t been that much of a help. Will definitely add this to my routine thanks … and good to see you back creating content again 🙏🏻
If this doesn’t quite do the trick take a look at the other stretches and mobility routines on the playlist. The body is so tricky. It could be so many things. I hope one of them helps.
Hi .What exercises should I do to get rid of the pain that occurs in the lateral surface of the thigh? The pain appears during stretching, when I sit on one bent leg and turn the extended leg from the heel of the foot to the side (axial rotation). This problem has been bothering me for a long time, but sometimes it disappears
That's very specific. I wish had a direct answer that could help. I have personally been working with an exceptional physical therapist for many injuries I'm dealing with. I think this may be an avenue you want to explore. If things are consistent and hinder your ability to do certain movements it may be time to seek professional help. In these videos I often share things I've used to improve my martial arts arts and I've seen/felt their benefits but I am not a medical professional. I wish I had a way to help more directly. thank you for watching and for the question.

Great video! When and how often should I do this exercise
Thank you. I work it into other stretch and mobility routines I cover in the other videos on the playlist. I do them 3 to 4 times a week.
@@Krufessor_Rad thanks
