- Join the conversation with Seth Feider, one of bass fishing's rising stars and the reining 2021 Bassmaster Angler of the Year Champion. Yeah, it's quite the story and a little ironic in that Seth was "known" as an exceptional offshore angler and electronics super user. His year really did prove he's a capable all-arounder and top-tier contender.

Man I have learned a lot from you how to fish in the vegetation, in my Argentina country there is a species of fish called tararira that has teeth but I know that your techniques were very useful to apply them to this fish with some modification. Congratulations champion !!!

I enjoyed that video, I’m old school also. Like to beat the banks and cast at what I have experience in catching fish and getting them again. A lot more fun. I’m 68 yrs old and always use what I started with, since I was 15 when I caught my 1st bass on a 33 Zeppo I bought on a live worm I dug up and put a cork on it 2 ft deep and caught a 3 1/2 lb. Been addicted ever since. I enjoy watching you fish and your pretty good. Good job on AOY. Keep the faith! 🥸👍🍺

Up in Canada in the Kawartha Lakes cottage, love worming shallow for bass on my lake yearly large and small in stone and Lilly Pads and cabbage weeds.
Now under in 2 “ . Love what you say. I can not afford electronics for my boat only at 375. But a Pro Nav Angler on my trolling motor gives me Navajo maps and stop lock. Set up a route and slowly move along a shore and if looks good sighting area I use stop lock. $745 USA funds as a birthday present from my daughter.
