Back in 2020 when we had the Covid scare I decided Id buy a gun for my home defense. I visited 7 FFls, all were out of any affordable firearms. I finally found one who had this one Shotgun for sale. I knew nothing about it but seeing this was my only option I decided to buy it along with some 3"magnum Buckshot and several boxes of slugs. I knew a fare amount about firearms so I didnt have a problem with firing it. Never once did I have any issues with this Shotgun, its operation for me was fine, a little stiff at first but it smoothed out over time. It kicks like a mule being light but I could easily handle it with relative ease. Ive fired over 500 rds through it, every kind of round including slugs. Having a modified choke and only a single front sight, its not a tack driver when it comes to slugs, but its ok for me for what I need it for.

Is there a bushing to absorb some force in order to prevent the cracking?

Thanks for the mention bud, yes....these turk guns whether cheap...budget or...the higher end ones, its really a crapshoot.. My weatherby SA08 was a failure also...the gun failed on a hunt..( bolt cracked in half.) And the Op rod bent ( bound action solid)
Definitely quality issues. The weatherbys are turk guns now.

Very informative , have you reviewed any of the rock island shotguns? Vr 60 and Vrpa40?
