"I'll get you some pizza tomorrow." 🤣
On my soul I worked at Walmart in 2011 this is so accurate lol
Welcome to nursing when we are shirt staffed. Supervisors get payed more that 2x than us and we have to make sure they do their job 😆 🤣 😂 😹 😆 🤣 😂 😂😅🎉😅😂😅😂
Okay, but I do hate when mfs say they do my job when they don’t like 90% of the my crew complain about doing more than the other crew like mf if you don’t shut cho dumbass up everybody thinks they’re better than everybody. When people say they’re doing my job I say “ight go count my drawers, do my shift verification, do my inventory, do my travel paths, grab my stocks, run the floor, check every 100$ bill, write down my hourly reports, set my shift goals, position the crew. Spoiler alert that’s barely half of it
Pay in pizza
Its crazy too cuz manager pay only be like $2 more. Screw retail 😂
Naw team leads get paid 6 dollars more than regular associates, I work overnights at Wal-Mart. The exact reason I don't tell them I know how to use the walking stacker and electric pallet jack because they try and make you into temporary team-lead. I work and get my aisles done but I play stupid to everything else cause they know ima top worker
@@makaveli__23 fax gotta be smart to understand the retail game. They take advantage of the ones who do work for no reason
I quit my last job bcuz of this bs.😒When I was interviewed the owner of the store said he was also looking for an assistant manager but he really wanted to hire from within and asked if that was something I’d be up for down the line I said yes. About a month in the general manager started training me on manager stuff (counting the drawer, doing inventory, handling the truck every Tuesday). After that it was over. I was working whenever she was off. I had to stay when she wanted to leave early. I had to open 2 days out of the week and open if she was late. There was literally only me and one other employee bcuz everyone quit. And I was done when she took a 1 week vacation and I had to work 8 days straight 8 hours a day. The only raise I got was 45cents🥴I woke up on my last day took the key back before she got there and blocked everyone number. I will never do that shit again.
