It was full time work. Actually unlimited hours they wanted 7 days a week. Rent here for me then was 450$ all included for a 1 bedroom in Quebec. I was too nice and bended too much back then. Took me a while to not be too friendly and try to help everyone at the cost of myself. I still know this person. Thet admitted they were taking advantage of me. This was strangely carthargic. At my husband's job they are given almost 2 weeks in sick time. If you use it, you will acquire points so when raise time comes, they can say "Oh no, no raise for you." We make sure to use it for scheduled appointments because it can't be rolled over. Just last week, we had a sick day, the beach was beautiful.

In that case it was to help someone. It was a summer job painting houses outdoors. I wasnt looking for someone else. I talked to them said i would need 3 months, because of the training that takes atleast a weekor two. They were desperate true and needed something now. But they were never going to keep their word. People dont realise sometimes training is expensive for small businesses and takes my time away.
This was back in 2000s.i offered them a painting assistant job. Which yes was temporary( until the weather permited) Im guessing i was offering 15$ an hour back when minimum wage was under 10$. It was full time work. Actually unlimited hours they wanted 7 days a week. Rent here for me then was 450$ all included for a 1 bedroom in Quebec. I was too nice and bended too much back then. Took me a while to not be too friendly and try to help everyone at the cost of myself.
I still know this person. Thet admitted they were taking advantage of me. This was strangely carthargic. No, i feel good.

At my husband's job they are given almost 2 weeks in sick time. If you use it, you will acquire points so when raise time comes, they can say "Oh no, no raise for you." We make sure to use it for scheduled appointments because it can't be rolled over. Just last week, we had a sick day, the beach was beautiful.
