SO FUCKEN TRUE LOL Bro not even 5 months into my last job and they had me training 2 new closers for our warehouse, I basically showed them all the old-timer tricks I learned and showed them all the hiding spots out of cameras and managers. needless to say they became fucken naturals. Never got in trouble for it either since our managers were just that lazy about their jobs. I miss that job and I was offered multiple raises to stay there but I found something better so I took it.
My job sometimes hires "new" people and gets other employees to train them to make sure they arent up to nothing funny. So keep in mind someone is always watching and just do what you can. Dont explain to much just the basic short n sweet way tongo about the job and move on.
@@cdeezy2718 oh ya no of course, most companies don't go out of there way to put in a plant into the workplace but I do personally vet the new hires. that last job with my co workers was like a place of brotherhood so everyone wants to hear your history and about your life.

Whenever I was asked to train someone I just showed them the correct way and then the real life way. I just leave it for them to pick how they wanna do it
Nah you just gotta teach them both. Teach them the right way so they know what to do when management is around. Then teach them the shortcuts so they can actually get the work done on time.

"Minimum Wage - Minimum Work" Great case to point out the disconnect. You gotta find a job that you CAN do more to get paid more. Any minimum wage job, that ain't it. I worked in fast food and I was the only one who picked up the phone when someone else didn't show up. It got so bad that they would send me home early at the end of the week, because they weren't allowed to give me overtime (I was at 16/hrs a week and still getting 36-40, most of my week was "on-call"). I then noticed I got scheduled for 12/hrs one week, noticed that I was the only one who ever came in when they would call, and I stopped answering my phone. I got scheduled for full time after that. Work on your personal set of skills, so you're employable wherever you go. Do that, and you'll never be afraid of getting fired again.
