I tried that white dress on… honestly it has an awful quality. The inner lining is out of Polyester and it the material feels quite cheap. Not sure why she isn’t mentioning that. You can’t see it through the video but if you look at it closely or try it on you’ll see what I mean.

Oh, the first dress' pattern comes in two other styles which you might prefer, although I think it looks gorgeous on you! And that mint green one is my favourite, to each their own 😜💕

Yes, everyone should dress in what they feel most amazing in! I mean, I absolutely loved the first dress and the green one, but maybe that’s because I’m a mom in my mid-30s. (Then again, I know women in their 50s who have more youthful style than me.😊 I like what I like.) I will say, I think you are going to continue to be the most beautiful and classy older lady. You completely pulled off that first look, and it didn’t age you at all. It just looked super sophisticated.

Freddy!! They also have a different version of the first dress in a different shape (same pattern, midi, no sleeves, thin straps and heart neckline) and it's so so SO flattering!

The first dress looked really nice on you! I don't really see how it was ageing, especially with cut-outs at the stomach. I also wish you would have shown the floral skirt with the crop top...when I looked on the website they go really nicely together and I think you would have really suited that set!

Just ordered my Penelope dress, which is my best woman dress (the bride doesn’t like the term bridesmaids, so we’re best women) and probably my dress for my Debs (formal dance).
I swear I’m so excited, we’d been looking for something pink for ages, but too many of the fun dresses were a garish shade, and I have been a fan of the channel years. Was torn between the Nellie or Penelope, but a fun semi formal party dress is very much needed over an everyday one.
Also, I just saw the white lace trousers. Immediately thought of a concert look, paired with a pink cami or blouse and slightly oversized white blazer (or a white moto jacket). Maybe JJs next album launch?
The swimsuit was also in blue - i got it last year. Not sure if this season they still have the blue version, but i loved mine last summer wore it all the time :)

I'd love to know what you keep from haul week!! You pulled everything off great! I love that swimsuit, so cute! For the Cream broderie dress I actually think the sleeves were fine but the shape of the dress was doing nothing for you. I think if the waist was nipped in, then the sleeves wouldn't have felt so crazy. Honestly i could see a "cool girl" make that dress work in the western trend that's in right now. Like a monochrome western vibe. tan or brown suede vest to break up the dresses pattern and nip in the waist, brown cowboy boots, sleeves pushed up a little, hair down and a cowgirl hat if you wanna get crazy lol... idk, i see it, its a vibe lol

Re the neckline on the first dress- it’s very flattering for those of us with bigger busts- I find that shape is great for stopping me looking like I’m just all boob!
Careful! You have “older” women here and we really don’t like the negative vibe just based on age. One day you will be 25 years older and you’ll be the same beautiful, vibrant, worthwhile woman, just like the rest of us are.

@@FreddyMyLove I've actually always admired the way you speak about fashion for older women. Even in this video, I liked the way you mentioned that the neckline of the first dress would look "very sophisticated and lovely" on an older lady.
Young people think they will be young forever. It was not a very nice comment but I think it was just a bit of immaturity coming through from her. It's typical for girls her age but 25 is the age of maturity and so hopefully she grows from this. Hope it didn't ruin your day x

the neckline of the first dress is actually great on bigger bossoms. It lightens up the heaviness of them and shows of collar bones. But I do see why you don't like it that much :)

I actually kind of liked the sleeves of the "Elizabethan" dress, but I think I would have liked it more if the waist were nipped in a little more. I think visually, it was sort of overwhelming.

I think because u wear dresses and skirts so short it makes you look young like a school girl, so something a little more mature or that covers you up a bit more does make you look a " bit " older than a school girl. But I totally agree that first dress is a no no on you it did age you.
