So there are self-reactive B cells and auto-reactive B cells. Does this treatment target self reactive B-cells or both bc you don’t want to target both. Auto reactive B cells give you your immune system. So I wonder if these 5 people are just as immune suppressed from this treatment as they have been from things like methotrexate, steroids, etc., Before signing up for any research like this I think everyone needs to take the time out to understand the function, role, and essentially the misfiring of B cells, phenotypes etc., in healthy individuals vs those with autoimmune conditions.

I don’t know what the ‘treatment’ is but I got on Benlysta and it has done wonders. Took me to get my 3rd rheumatologist for it to even be suggested to me
I'm on benlysta it worked at first but now it's not working so well. So they are going to try the infusion on benlysta
