    The test is totally worth it. Not necessarily for the V02max part but for the anaerobic threshold and the test shows you precisely where you are burning calories vs fat and gives you much better training zones for heart rate. And yes watch is way off for V02max.
    A bonus: a lot of health care plans actually cover this test if it’s performed by a physiotherapist or chiropractor.

    Great video! Garmin is showing my V02max at 55.
    Been incorporating the 4x4 workout for a few months and have seen an increase from 52. It’s painful but effective.

      Thanks for the comments Thomas... Yeah, VO2max workout are no joke, but totally worth it. Can't wait to see how your marathon goes.

    Thank you. Will try a 4x4x4 soon. I just started running again. My v02 was 40 in the begining of July. Now it’s at 46. I’m 40, I ran track and cc in high school.
