Danielle, put your eggs in a pan of water, just cover the eggs. Bring to a boil. Then remove the pan from the heat for 10 minutes only...rinse under cold water to stop the cooking process, and you will always have perfect hard-boiled eggs.
Since I don’t care for boiled eggs in my salads I like to put red kidney beans , and peas it’s all delicious! I like the Avocado but have found that I need less dressing when I throw in an avocado due to the texture; Awesome easy instructions Sara! Thanks and God Bless
