Hi John, did the unit comes with the cables when you ordered it? Are they something I'd have to additionally purchase in order to set it up in the car? Or are there cables already attached to the stereo that I can swap over to the new unit?
If you have an amp you need to provide power to the amp and then in the settings turn down the power going to the amp or your speakers will be way too loud. It was under Car Settings-Factory-Amp Power. It asks for a password. It's either 000000 or 123456.
It’s beginner friendly, plug and play, you can easily do it yourself if you have an hour of spare time. You can’t mix up connectors cuz they only fit one way

are you trying to phone mirror your whole screen or use apple carplay/android auto? There is a specific app to mirror the screen and i'm not sure if suppose to be wireless or wired.

it came with everything that's needed. No additional products needed

Everything is plugged in but I have no sound and it doesnt find any radio channels

you need to go to the bluetooth app. Bluetooth music is what its labeled. Think of it as an app!
