I wouldn't mind the POV as a one-off, but as a few others have mentioned, the others are much more informative as you can see the displays and status of what is happening. Kinda scared about all the commends loving it as I wouldn't watch as often if the channel changed to the POV only. Happy flying Captain!

The new point of view is curious and interesting, but I think that the previous one that you have always used is much more informative and allows you to see the plane's controls and the information offered by the screens much better. Love the new POV angle. A small suggestion maybe you could try a polarizing filter for you cameras to maybe take some of the glare out of the screens. Don't know if it would help but it is relatively simple and is something that i use for my dashcam to get better footage. Keep it up!
Thanks a lot for your good and interesting feedback! I use already CPL filters in the cockpit. The PFD ND view in the multicamera videos is - for example - recorded with a CPL filter to avoid reflections. The problem here is that the filter needs to be exactly adjusted to the position and the light angle. If you do not do this, the screens may show up black. The constant movement in this POV video may be a problem for the CPL filter. But I will look further into it. Thanks again for your suggestion.

Generally i really like that you provide a lot of information by including the PFD and ND views etc. since i'm very interested in the procedural/technical part about your videos. However, this POV is amazing to watch and what i love the most is your constant effort to improve your videos! I've now seen it a couple of times in your videos (like at 12:15) that the PF switches betwenn the 100s and 1000s on the FCU ALT switch in order to not select another FL by mistake. Is this EWG SOP or just an aspect of good airmanship? I wish you a great start into the new year and all the best to you and your loved ones for 2025.

For the upcoming months, I think that I will continue to publish a mixture of the different video styles and try some new perspectives once in a while. We usually switch to 100s instead of the 1000s after we have set a new altitude or flight level. So one additional click in error would not be a real problem. This is a company policy. Hi, just to say great video as always (of my favourite airport too!). I'm a supporter of LPMA Spotter Channel and I checked that he did capture this take-off on his live stream of 14/11/24 so interesting to see this takeoff from outside the cockpit too!

I think I like this new perspective of the "pilot's head" view it allows us to get a different view of the cockpit interior and instruments etc. without also having up to 7 other small screens whilst still having a view through the windscreen. I think that you now have a good mixture of content, short flights, long flights and different interior views of the cockpit. What next I wonder? Thank you again and all the best for 2025.

The POV perspective is really cool, but doesnt it sore your head ? :) . Great videos, I appreciate the transparency. Other companies and pilots are a lot stricter and secretive when it comes to the workflows in the cockpit. Awesome.. thank you captain.
Thank you very much for your good feedback! The camera does not do any bad to the head. It is very lightweight and I even do no feel it anymore after a few moments. It is like glasses or a cap or a hat. We have nothing to hide. SOPs are almost 100 % the original Airbus SOPs and we follow them.

Another great video, lovely to see your viewpoint especially as you look around the cockpit. Would you be able to film the engine display at some point? I'd like to see that during landing and take off to see how the dials match the callouts. Although I imagine they wouldn't change much during cruise, so perhaps not a permanent addition, but still an interesting guest!
Oh, wow, the POV is fantastisch! Can't wait to visit a cockpit again, I miss the feeling. I started shaking the moment I stepped into the cockpit. (Thanks to all the Captains for letting us see it sometimes!) I wonder, is it possible to jumpseat a flight? Would any Captain allow this?
First of all, thanks a lot for your good feedback and your financial support of the channel as a member! Due to the known security reasons, a flight on the jumpseat for "normal" passengers is not possible anymore. You can only ask the cabin crew to look into the cockpit before or after a flight as long as the airplane main entrance door is open. This is still possible at most of the airlines.

Thank you very much for your good feedback! The camera does not do any bad to the head. It is very lightweight and I even do no feel it anymore after a few moments. It is like glasses or a cap or a hat. We have nothing to hide. SOPs are almost 100 % the original Airbus SOPs and we follow them.

Another great video, lovely to see your viewpoint especially as you look around the cockpit. Would you be able to film the engine display at some point? I'd like to see that during landing and take off to see how the dials match the callouts. Although I imagine they wouldn't change much during cruise, so perhaps not a permanent addition, but still an interesting guest!
Oh, wow, the POV is fantastisch! Can't wait to visit a cockpit again, I miss the feeling. I started shaking the moment I stepped into the cockpit. (Thanks to all the Captains for letting us see it sometimes!) I wonder, is it possible to jumpseat a flight? Would any Captain allow this?
First of all, thanks a lot for your good feedback and your financial support of the channel as a member! Due to the known security reasons, a flight on the jumpseat for "normal" passengers is not possible anymore. You can only ask the cabin crew to look into the cockpit before or after a flight as long as the airplane main entrance door is open. This is still possible at most of the airlines.
