I agree with everything! Thanks for making quality natural hair content and not ever doing clickbait trends. We really appreciate it! Your videos are so educational and helpful which is rare in the natural hair space. Thank u, thank u, thank u!
I learned just because a product costs more doesn’t mean it works. My hair loves leave in smoothies . Curl smoothies and hair milks. Blue magic (blue and green jar) Fine. 4c Afro. low porosity hair . Products don’t have to be 100% natural. If it works for my hair it works for my hair. Serums are better than oils Caster oil is too thick. Hair hates coconut oil. All products that say apply to wet or speaking wet hair flake on me. So I only use ones that say apply to damp or dry hair. Even if the products ingredients are good. I still have hit and misses with products. Trial and error is my method but I found what I like just like options for different fragrances with the same styles or moisture softness. Hair perfumes dry my hair out so I’ll leave those alone . My Afro. Love love loves the pick 😏✊🏽
Congratulations on 7 years! I knew you were my hair twin but I didn’t realize we started our journeys in the same year. Watching your channel has helped me to remain natural and for that I am thankful. It was about a 2 years or so ago when I discovered your channel. God revealed you to me right on time because I was ready to throw in the towel. My hair wasn’t coming out like what I was seeing on some of these other channels and I was beyond discouraged. Finding your channel made me fall in love with my hair all over again. Thank you and congrats on 7 beautiful years.
My fine hair hates extended deep conditioning. None of that all day or overnight condish for me. That breaks my hair. Weird. My sister in law actually noticed it for me. 5-30 minutes max and we're good.
I have fine low porosity hair, and it always feels dry no matter what I use! I don’t know what to do. I have been natural since 2008, and m it’s been so many products I have just thrown away. I want to try your product line.
Loved the video, can u get more in depth on another video on what has been working in ur hair recently. U seem to have very similar hair to mine and I just need some help finding what exactly could work for my hair as well.
Amari Wilson thanks and sure! I haven’t just because I’ve been tweaking things here and there and I don’t like coming on with a different regimen, routine, or products every time. But I’ll definitely consider!
Have you tried using a metal Afro comb/wide tooth comb I remember using one as child but revisited it this last year. For some reason it glades straight through my thin low density/low porosity hair. I still finger detangle but it definitely helps using a tool after.
Jumoke I don’t know why it works for me but maybe the friction closes the hair cuticles and helps to add volume. Plus they are cheap to buy. Thanks for the helpful advice in this video. I’m 10 years into my healthy hair journey but still always learning and revisiting methods that work.
Your hair looks so good
Mony E thanks boo! It came a long way haha

If I still got tattoos, I’d get consistency tatted on my face 😂 I’m with you on how important it is!
Are you greying or am I tripping? Love the vid BTW. Your hair is flourishing.
Ester Rhodes sis, I’ve been greying since the ripe age of 19 lmbo 😂
