Elbow has been my go to for a long time. Not only is it devastating but it’s much harder to see coming than a punch.

Awesome James! An elbow strike is indeed harder to see coming. Stay safe.

My best friend just elbowed a dudes face in a street fight 2 days ago,& busted his face wide open. THit him with two elbows, then slammed him on the concrete. He was literally covered in the guys blood, even had blood splatter onto his car. The guys face was a complete mess. The guy he fucked up is a known as a big trouble maker, & a huge hot head in town. Always intimidating people, & starting trouble. He picked on the wrong one that day, my friend was the physical embodiment of karma for him. Elbows are fuckin deadly, the guy didn’t even land a hit on my friend either, he got completely destroyed.

I train MMA and boxing is my main style since I was training it for years before going on MMA and I can tell you that, elbows are one of the best things in the street fights and its one of my favorite things.
Its much harder than fist and you can use it as a block and also for strike, if you strike someone with good technique in chin, nose or temple I can tell you that its gonna brutal, speaking from experience

What I learned from Chael Sonnen is to elbow with an open palm to create a smaller surface area on your elbow bone (?) and causes more damage.

Some part of this video is bullshit. at 1:15, he propose to stricke with the inside of the elbow. NEVER DO THAT. You gonna just disable your arm by hiting the nerf at this spot. It come with a painfull electric sensation.
