    I was fortunate to study with Rhon about 15 years ago. He is an EXCELLENT teacher; one of the best!

    You are a great instructor. Thanks for teaching slow then gradually moving to fast. I have been taking Krav Maga classes for the past 30 days and I love it. Wish I was in NY to have you as my instructor. Do you have any complete DVD/video for beginners that I can purchase it? Sharing this video now on FB. Thanks again.

    00:34 I used your quote as a meme cx its on my facebook because I think that's awesome. "What you break will most likely be what you hit, not what you hit with"

      +P1Z1K This is why we like to hit with more than just the fist in Krav Maga. The bones in your hand are small and weak, why not use an elbow or knee? ^^

    do you make a fist when you make the elbow?

      It's better to keep an open hand. Your elbow is sharper that way.

    kinda wish the instructor was in the middle cause im guessing hes most expereinced im mostly focusing on the middle guy due to him being most easily seen

      Wow, they instructor is the only guy wearing different belt, different pants, different age, and the only one talking. And you still say you focus on the middle guy. Really? What kind of brain do you have?

    • @blackjaguar324
      @blackjaguar324 8 років тому +1

      Jay atienza He clearly said that he was focusing on the middle guy because he was MOST EASILY SEEN in the view of the camera. Meaning that you can see more easily how his WHOLE BODY moves during the elbow strikes while with the instructor you can only see his upper body movement. What kind of reading comprehension do you have?

    What you'll break is most likely gonna be what you hit, not what you hit WITH. Lol badass.

    I expected a black belt having better guard when executing the elbow attacks. He drops the guard on the left side constantly.
