Apparently they had money to get the character's rights for this game, but they didn't have money for the actual voice actors. Good job SEGA.

PIEGAMER2oo3 I'm sure they do. Also this DLC was made somewhere around 2014. The year Expiration Date came out. The original voice actors were there. And i'm sure they still do TF2 stuff.
