  • Start at 250 until breast reached about 140 then crank to 350 til breast reaches one 160. also will cover once I reach desire color crispiness. 20 lb bird takes about 5 hours with this process

    Those turkeys look good brother. I think I'm going to try your brother/your method and baste it with butter at 130° crank that temp up from 300° to 375° until done for Christmas. I think basting that skin with butter at that temperature will help the skin be even more bite through✊🏾🤝🏽

      Yes sir If Any salt left on the skin are use a brush or paper towel to wipe off the excess salt off the skin
