    Fill the basket with charcoal then light the side with the fire starter holder and let the smoker do the rest. This way you’ll go through less fuel and will last much longer at a stable temp.

      Man I'm cooking the same beef ribs, but they keep curling up on me. Membrane on, membrsne off, hot and fast low and slow. No matter what they keep curling up. Help!!! Please

    What's the pork rub again? What's good price for beef ribs per lb. In general I live in KY don't see a whole lot of beef ribs.

      John Henry butter pecan Rob. 2 to 3 dollars a pound . In bigger cities 5 to 6 dollars a pound for beef back ribs

    Good video sir. I know u set timer for 7 hours. But was 7 hours your total cook time. U never mentioned your total cook time. U just showed the finish product u never mentioned if u let them cook the entire 7 hours. And how long did u let them cook before wrapping them ??!

    Hello I like your videos. I have a question I noticed you did a cook on a pit boss vertical pellet smoker. Which do you like better the pit boss pellet or the Masterbuilt charcoal ? Does the pit boss give enough smoke flavor Thanks keep smokin

      The Pit Boss gives a lot of flavor you won’t go Wrong with any of the smokers. Pit Boss customer service is a little bird in master mail Pit Boss have a lot more space

    Looks great man!! I'm still trying to perfect my ribs using a 100$ walmart smoker with lump coal and mesquite wood. Unfortunately, I have to buy a new one every year cuz they get wrecked here in the NW. You did great on those man!!!

      Keep up the good work brother! If I can ever find myself down south there, I'll look for ya. Ya got some good and simple taste there! I always thought the dirty smoke gave it that taste and I'm a huge fan of heavy smoke but I know when too much can ruin the meat. Definitely love how clean your smoke is and damn..it looks goooood!!
