Use a double nut for the v band clamps, the stainless lock nuts are no good for serviceability. Tightening and lossening multiple times galls up the threads when your tqorquing with the intent of "that aint going anywhere"

Make sure you clean those fan screens out often as I'm sure they'll clog up quickly. You might even want to make the screens more mushroomed shaped to give them more surface area so they don't clog as quickly.

I so much more like to work on rear drive setups than the front drivers and front biased AWD cars. So much easier to pull engines and transmissions. On my old F150 I built an engine for, I had a tee leak on the coolant temp manifold that I built to add a manual gauge while retaining the stock idiot light and the coolant smoked a brand new clutch. Like it wouldn't grab at all. Pressure plate and flywheel were fine so I bought a new clutch disk and after having just swapped in the ZF transmission, I was able to remove the rear crossmember and bellhousing bolts, disconnect the trans while leaving it on the jack, swap out the disks, retorque to spec, reinstall trans and I was test driving it again in 40 minutes exactly. On my wife's car pulling the transmission and reinstalling is a 2 full work day job. I get a little better at it every time, and I might be able to cut it down to one long work day if I don't have to run for parts or anything, but it is a project to pull the engine or trans on that thing. I like driving them better too. Rear drive is just the way to go if you can make it happen.

When you have a problem bolts/bolts, put the other ones that came loose back in. Since the problem one is real tight, sometimes re-tightening the others helps. Basically the part that they are squeezing, distorts and cocks funny when some of the bolts are out.
