I put +12000 miles on my 2014 summit 600 sport carb thing was a beast. Best water skipper I had. I got a video of water skipping on my page. BMP powder lite race/mountain can
What elevation were you riding at? I’m looking at potentially buying a 2018 summit spot 600 but I ride from 6000ft-10,000ft elevation. I’m curious how the 600cc would do at high elevation
I'm riding at sea level, if you're riding at 6000ft+ you'll be better with an etec motor, all computer controlled, has more power + better fuel economy.
It's not really a trail-designated sled but it has great handling for just about any kind of driving, just be sure to have ice scratchers if you plan on doing lots of trails with it, these sleds heat up fast when you're driving on hard-packed snow.
Hands down one of the best 600cc sleds in the market, very reliable, tough (to some extent), plenty of power and fun to ride. If the budget can stretch try and go for the 600 etec motor, has a bit more power and better fuel + oil economy. Realize most the times these sleds are almost beaten to death if they have alot of milage and/or had multiple owners. You can check out this video from Powermodz on buying a used sled, lots of good info to look into. ua-cam.com/video/J1Hx7lsZWuc/v-deo.html
I just saw on your dial it is mark the temperature of the engine. you're an option because I see only the amount of gas or you can see both on an option of the dial mine or it depends on the year but mine is the same but me a 2010 thank you
Normally from factory they don't have the temp sensor installed on the Summit Sport models, I got it installed when I bought this sled second hand. Good option to have, in the odometer section just hold the S button and the temp meter shows up once it's installed.
So just hold the buttons in the totale mileage of the snowmobile? Because i keep it the kilometer clears and returns to zero so its gotta be the totale mileage of the snowmobile which must support ? thank you
@@williamlabranche9130 Yes, it has to be done in the total mileage section. If it doesn't work, chances are you don't have the engine temp module installed in your snowmobile. It's around 150-200$ for the unit, depending on which year/model you have.
À part faire sauter des courroies j'ai jamais eu des problèmes mécanique avant 10,000km. J'ai rebâtit le moteur à 10,300km mais sa sauter 250km plus-tard 🤦♂️ côté magnéto avait une fuite de vide.

How does it handle in trails? I’m thinking of getting one
