Historic Cars racing on Wet at Imola Classic - Group C Prototypes, F2, GT & Touring cars!

- The third and last day of the 2018 Imola Classic weekend was characterized by a very dynamic weather: rain showers which alternated with moments of sunshine. Track was always wet so I decided to put together a few clips my friend Davide458Italia, Italiansupercarvideo and I took during that Sunday. Hope you like it!

Great video Bozzy, videos like these remind me why I've completly fallen in love with contemporary and vintage sports car racing. Also if those flames were any bigger, the track would dry out! :p

The Gp C cars hammering down the start/finish straight after the rain is a pretty awesome sight!
Thank you for going out in weather like that to bring great classic racing to those of us who can't get there. We have some great cars and racing here in New Zealand, but the variety of cars in Europe is just that much greater. Best wishes. 🇳🇿🏁

Hi Maurice. That is a "Fox body" Ford Mustang from probably 1984-1985. They weren't particularly known for their handling, but this one is set up properly and goes like mad! I'm not sure exactly (please don't quote me here), but from the Anderson Bros. windscreen banner, this car may be from New Zealand. Regardless, very cool car. Have a great day.
